Circle Song: Improvised Body Music
Circle Song: Improvised Body Music
**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions. Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next.

Participar 20€ 4. Constelar 100€

Challenging the UX Mantras
Challenging the UX Mantras
**UX Salon** is thrilled to welcome you to a special event in collaboration with **[Masters in Design for Responsible AI](https://ai.elisava.net/master/design-responsible-ai/)** hosted at the beautiful auditorium at **[Elisava](https://www.elisava.net).** **Speaker** In this talk by **[Irene Pereyra](https://www.linkedin.com/in/irenepereyra/)**, a heretic’s stance is taken on the sacred mantras of UX such as “Good UX is simple,” “Good UX is universal,” and “Good UX is intuitive,” challenging them one by one. Through client and personal projects, the argument is made that good UX design is neither universal nor timeless, but situational and shaped by the context of the here and now. The audience is invited to reconsider what “good” truly means in digital design today. **Irene Pereyra** is the co-founder of the independent design studio Anton & Irene and the author of Universal Principles of UX (Quarto, 2023), with a second book, The Accessible Design Reference & Specification Book, forthcoming in summer 2026. Irene also works at the intersection of design and policy with the Danish think tank 21st Europe, where she contributes to speculative design Blueprints exploring how Europe is rethinking policy, technology, and design. Vida Automática – Cumplir expectativas no garantiza sentido
Vida Automática – Cumplir expectativas no garantiza sentido
Hay personas que funcionan perfectamente. Responsables. Productivas. Adaptadas. Solo curiosidad y presencia.

Creativity, hyperfocus, pattern recognition. Are often overlooked or misunderstood. Drawing on research, real-world experience, and years of working with neurodivergent minds, Daniela offers a grounded, compassionate framework for understanding ADHD beyond labels or stereotypes. This is a talk for anyone who lives with ADHD, works with ADHD, or suspects their brain might simply be wired differently. **About the Speaker: Daniela Toro, PhD** Daniela is a Transpersonal Coach, specializing in ADHD and neurodivergence. She is sociologist by profession, with a master's degree in Social Economy and Community Development, a master's degree in Leadership, and another in Transpersonal Life Coaching and Emotional Management. Daniela has been teaching at universities and business schools for almost 20 years in the areas of Ethics, Social Responsibility and Sustainability; conscious and responsible leadership, sociology applied to the business world, coaching and emotional intelligence, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. **Tickets:** https://luma.com/cf1y2ope?utm-source-meetup **Agenda:** * 1845h - Doors open * 1900h - Talk starts * 2000h - Q&A * 2030h - Drinks & Networking -- [Growth Lab: Unlock Your Potential](https://www.growth-lab.live/) Join us at Growth Lab, where ambitious minds gather to explore ideas that fuel personal and professional growth.
