Legal UX: Protecting Your Work, Your Brand & Your Ideas
Legal UX: Protecting Your Work, Your Brand & Your Ideas
**About the talk** Legal topics are often treated as something that comes after design, product, or branding. In reality, every UX decision, every deliverable, and every shipped product already creates legal consequences, whether we notice them or not. In this talk, [Neena Kaiser,](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nskaiser/) [Ryccardo d' Alessio](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryccardo-d-alessio-684337123/), and[ Tadas Zukas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/drtadaszukas/) explore the intersection of Legal × UX × Product × Personal Brand, focusing on real situations designers, founders, and builders face every day. Rather than legal theory or scare tactics, the session is grounded in concrete cases: ownership of design work, intellectual property pitfalls, client conflicts, branding protection, and the moments where teams realize too late that legal clarity should have been part of the process from day one. Through a live case example from Do Your Order, the speakers will show how legal thinking can actively support product growth and marketing instead of slowing it down. The session also introduces Juriscope, a legal-orientation tool designed to bring clarity to complex legal questions, demonstrated live using real UX- and product-related scenarios. T**he talk will also open space for discussion and feedback:** how legal tools should be designed, what designers actually need from legal support, and how we can make legal experiences more transparent, accessible, and human. **\-\-\-\> This will be an open space\, bring questions you would like the experts to Answer\.** **Expect practical takeaways** you can immediately apply to your own work, whether you’re freelancing, building products, scaling a startup, or shaping your personal brand shared through real cases, real trade-offs, and honest conversations. **About the speakers** [Neena Kaiser](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nskaiser/) Managing Partner at Juriscope and Global Transformation Leader. Neena shapes how emerging technologies become shared infrastructure. Her work sits at the intersection of law, technology and human-centered systems. She focuses on how responsibility, authorship, and trust are designed, distributed and sustained. [Ryccardo d' Alessio](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryccardo-d-alessio-684337123/) Founder of Do Your Order. Ryccardo brings a founder’s perspective on building products, brands, and businesses and the legal blind spots that often appear when ideas move from concept to market. [Tadas Zukas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/drtadaszukas/) Senior Legal Counsel, CSP Senior Fellow, author specializing in sustainability, transition and impact finance. He will talk about his personal practical lessons learned from his real-life experiences at top tier global business organizations as a user of LegalTech tools and creator of legal content. [Juriscope](https://www.linkedin.com/company/juri-scope/) Juriscope is a legal-tech initiative aimed at democratizing access to legal knowledge. By combining legal expertise with thoughtful product design, Juriscope helps people understand their legal position early, before problems escalate and costs explode. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **💬 The Talk is in English** **📍 \*Note\* The event is happening in a new room \*note\* The event will be held at ETH Zürich Maschinenbau ML, Room F36** *We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes early of the event start, so everyone can find a seat due to high attendance. AI Ambition vs. Enterprise Reality: How to cross the adoption gap.
AI Ambition vs. Enterprise Reality: How to cross the adoption gap.
**\>\>\> Please use [this registration link](https://events.xebia.com/intelligent-automation/outsystems-ai-ambition-vs-enterprise-reality) <<<<<** The speed of AI evolution is outpacing most organizations' ability to adopt it, especially when it comes to integrating agentic AI into business processes. This session explores **why platform-based approaches are helping organizations bridge the gap between AI ambition and real business value.** We'll address the most common adoption challenges and what's actually slowing organisations down. Most attempt to build their own AI-powered custom software solutions, but achieving the speed and scale required takes more than technology, it requires a different operating model. [Xebia](https://xebia.com) invites [OutSystems](https://www.outsystems.com) to share their real-world perspective on intelligent automation and closing the enterprise adoption gap. **Speakers** * [Aysegul Kaya](https://www.linkedin.com/in/aysegul-kaya-121a70108/). The Aldous Huxley Experience. You don’t want to miss this.
Hi everyone, Each month we come together to explore new perspectives, challenge our thinking, and dive into the conversations that great books inspire. Our purpose is simple and meaningful: **to learn, to connect, and to nurture the richness of our human experience — one book, one dialogue, one gathering at a time.** After *Brave New World* was recently presented to the Zug Book Club, the unanimous sentiment was clear: **we want to go deeper.** So we’re delighted to invite you to: **✨ The Aldous Huxley Experience** **When:** March 26 at 19:00 **Where:** Falkenstrasse 28a, 8008 Zürich This isn’t a standard museum visit — it’s a rare chance to immerse yourself in the world of Aldous Huxley at the **Zürich Aldous Huxley Centre**, which is dedicated to Huxley and supports the study and teaching of his works, including *Brave New World*. The centre also hosts a major exhibition of his complete works, with a substantial portion permanently exhibited at **Huxley Hall** at **Falkenstrasse 28a**, 8008 Zurich. [\[huxleycentre.ch\]](https://www.huxleycentre.ch/) ✅ **RSVP:** Reply to this message with **“I’m in”** (and feel free to bring a friend who loves big ideas). Filmbesprechung: "Man lernt nie aus" (The Intern)
Filmbesprechung: "Man lernt nie aus" (The Intern)

Open Sharing Circle ✨ (Deutsch)
Open Sharing Circle ✨ (Deutsch)

Join us for a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. Mäng is a modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice — reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy. It is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight — while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** * People feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps * Those tired of repeating the same emotional patterns and looking for inspiration and clarity * Anyone curious about deeper transformation without spending years on it 🧭 No prior experience needed — just bring your question or theme. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

Humanist Program
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. Men's Group meetup
Men's Group meetup
**The idea for this group is to build a community where men can gather together and build connections & learn and grow from each other.** How we start each meeting is by each of us checking in with our "roses and thorns" aka what are the good things and the bad things going on in your life recently? Then we will go into a topic discussion. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- **COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS** \*\*THERE WILL BE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR NO-SHOWS. If a man is in violation of this, they will be permanently removed from the group. 2. Non-Judgement - we respect and honor every man’s truth so that we may receive the same from others. While we may not agree on everything, we commit to respecting every man’s perspectives and engaging in honorable discussion with one another. 3. Be committed - honor your commitment to this group and to yourself. If you attend a meeting, please commit yourself fully to the meeting. Also be committed to your own journey. When we fail, we own it & clean it up. 4. Speak from the heart - this is NOT a space to “look good”, have the “right” answers, and have it all together. Relax and know you are not alone. Confidence & Connection: Using Your Authentic Truth to Find Your People
Confidence & Connection: Using Your Authentic Truth to Find Your People
**Confidence & Connection: Using Your Authentic Truth to Find Your People** Confidence isn’t just about believing in yourself, it’s about knowing where you belong and who you can grow alongside. In this April Confidence Lab Happy Hour, we’ll explore how living in your authentic truth helps you find your people, build meaningful collaborations, and create spaces where vulnerability is met with respect rather than risk. Together, we’ll reflect on what it looks like to advocate for yourself with clarity and care, and how confidence deepens when it’s rooted in connection rather than comparison. Featured speaker **Lachandra Baker**, founder of **[LBB Edutainment](https://www.lbbedutainment.com/)** and author of *Your Own Biggest Cheerleader*, will share reflections on authenticity, psychological safety, and the power of community over individual achievement. Drawing from personal stories—including the significance of turning 53—Lachandra will invite us into a conversation about showing up fully, being seen, and choosing relationships that support who you truly are. Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere with space for reflection, shared insight, and intentional connection—plus drinks, light bites, and the kind of conversations that remind you you’re not meant to do this alone. Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer about your voice, your people, and the confidence that grows when both are aligned. **What is Confidence Lab?** Confidence Lab is a monthly community experience for bold, thoughtful leaders building confidence from the inside out. Whether you’re launching a business, leading a team, navigating change, or simply striving to show up more fully—you belong here. Our work demands clarity, courage, and conviction—but the pace of daily life can erode our sense of self. Confidence Lab creates space to reflect, reconnect, and grow with others doing purpose-driven work. It’s designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, corporate professionals, activists, and anyone ready to lead with authenticity and impact. ***Please note:*** *All are welcome! If cost is a concern, please use promo code PUBLIC to access a free ticket—we want you to join us.*
