New course starting: Franklin Method and Myofascial Training
Be-weekly lessons with experienced practitioner Ingrid Wenger.
We want to consciously experience movement together and give our bodies the attention they need. Everyone participates according to their abilities – together, yet each at their own pace.
We work with balls, bands, music, but above all with our imagination and lots of fun. The training is based on the Franklin Method and Karin Gurtner's Slings Myofascial Training. The goal is to increase your physical well-being and open up a new connection to your body. It's wonderful to discover that you already possess many tools within yourself to enhance your quality of life. Simple and without much effort.

What does it mean to live a good life? Should we always do the “right” thing — and how do we even decide what *right* means?
From social freezing to climate responsibility, from AI dilemmas to personal relationships, ethical questions quietly shape our daily lives. Aristotle reminds us that ethics is not an abstract debate; it is the study of how to live well as a human being — to achieve *eudaimonia*, the good life. This is a life not defined merely by pleasure or success, but by the development of our character and the exercise of reason in action.
In this event, we’ll explore three foundational ideas from Aristotle:
* **Eudaimonia:** The art of living well as a human being - a life shaped by reason, virtue, and thoughtful choice, where each action and habit contributes to becoming the person one is capable of being.
* **The Golden Mean:** Virtue is a matter of balance — between deficiency and excess, courage and recklessness, generosity and stinginess. Finding this balance is not formulaic but requires judgment and reflection.
* **Virtues as Habits:** Moral excellence is formed through practice. We become just, courageous, and temperate not by thinking about it once, but by repeatedly choosing to act well until it shapes who we are.

Jednym z celów ćwiczeń somatycznych jest regulacja emocji i poprawa samopoczucia. Dążymy do tego, żeby czuć się spokojniej i mieć więcej energii. Jeśli będziesz regularnie wykonywać ćwiczenia poprawi się twój nastrój i samopoczucie.
**Ćwiczenia lowenowskie: czego się spodziewać?**
Metoda Lowena, zwana Analizą Bioenergetyczną to metoda psychoterapii przez ciało stosowana od lat 50. XX wieku. Jej twórca, psychiatra i terapeuta Alexander Lowen inspirował się klasyczną psychoanalizą Freuda i w oparciu o prace Wilhelma Reicha stworzył własną szkołę terapii psychodynamicznej.
W tej metodzie terapii łączymy rozmowę z uważnością na sygnały z ciała oraz wyrażaniem emocji przez ruch i ekspresję. Metoda jest stale rozwijana i unowocześniana, czerpie m.in. z teorii przywiązana, wiedzy o systemie nerwowym czy traumie.
Poza indywidualną terapią popularne są również grupy i warsztaty ćwiczeń lowenowskich. Mają one charakter rozwojowy i mogą być stosowane przez osoby zdrowe a także uzupełniająco przez osoby w terapii “mówionej” (po uzgodnieniu z terapeut/ką).
**Twoja prowadząca:**
Anka Grzywacz jest doradczynią bioenergetyczną (metody Lowena) SGfBA, po dwuletnim szkoleniu w Niemczech. Obecnie kontynuuje na IV roku szkolenie z psychoterapii ciała (analiza bioenergetyczna, metoda Lowena). Należy do International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis. Swoją pracę poddaje regularnej superwizji.
Ponadto Anka ma bogate doświadczenie i 1,5 roku szkolenia w zakresie prowadzenia warsztatów (Szkoła Warsztatu i Treningu Psychologicznego INTRA w Warszawie). Jest również seksuolożką.
**Informacje praktyczne:**
* Przytulne studio w pobliżu przystanku Triemli.

* Wrażliwość na hałas, tupanie (niektóre osoby uwalniają emocje, wydając głośne dźwięki, niektóre ćwiczenia obejmują tupanie lub kopanie).
* Jeśli masz inne poważne schorzenia lub przyjmujesz silne leki, proszę najpierw porozmawiaj z lekarzem lub wyślij mi wiadomość w celu wstępnej oceny.

Trail-Maniacs Luzern - Magic Thursday
In einer coolen Gruppe immer wieder neue Trails entdecken und die jeweils spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Leuchtstadt Luzern aus den unterschiedlichsten Perspektiven geniessen.
Unsere Tour startet jeweils am **Donnerstag** um **18.30 Uhr**. Der jeweilige Treffpunkt wird ein paar Tage vorher im WhatsApp-Chat und die App "Klubraum" bekanntgegeben. In 90-120 Minuten versuchen wir mit einem Maximum an Fun die jeweiligen 500 – 1’000 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Das gemeinsame Erlebnis steht ganz klar im Vordergrund. Dennoch kommen auch die „Schnelleren“ auf ihre Kosten und werden auf Extraschlaufen „gejagt“.

We gather in the forest, around the grandfather fire, to share ceremonial cacao and form a circle of presence, listening, and brotherhood.
This is not a workshop, nor a talk, nor a “self-improvement” experience.
It is a living space of encounter, where each man is welcome exactly as he is.
There are no hierarchies here, no masks to wear.
Only men walking their own path, supported by the strength of the circle.
**Who is this gathering for?**
* This circle is open to men who:
* Seek a more honest connection with themselves.
* Feel the desire to inhabit their masculinity with greater awareness and maturity.
* Value silence, authentic speech, and presence.
* Wish to experience brotherhood beyond competition or judgment.
* Are willing to listen and to be listened to.
* No previous experience with circles, rituals, or spiritual practices is required. Only a willingness to be present.

Zurich Kundalini Yoga/Meditation (Donation Basis)
Dear All,
This session is mainly for the people who want to learn kundalini yoga/meditation in a traditional way. Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. The student can start to feel his/her Kundalini Energy is rising from their base of the spine and feeling the energy vibration(Consciousness) in the third eye (the space between the eyebrows) from the Kundalini Activation. This session is helpful for the beginners who want to learn simple yoga-meditation exercises also.
This is a general session to experience your inner kundalini energy. But if you need proper kundalini activation(Shaktipat), then pre-registration is mandatory.

**About the Teacher who conducts this session:**
The kundalini wisdom teacher Jayaprakash is from India. He is practising kundalini yoga for the since 2005 under the guidance of Self Realized Indian Master "GuruMahan". He is teaching kundalini yoga since 2008 as part of a non-profit organization "Maha Shakthi Yogam Switzerland". He teaches Yoga/Meditation/Pranic Healing/Stress Relief courses in various places of Germany and Switzerland. He is the authorized kundalini yoga wisdom teacher from UPF(India) to give kundalini initiations (Shaktipat) with the Grace and Protection of his Master.
All these events are conducted for non-profit purpose. Donations are collected on behalf of Swiss non-profit organization (Verein) "Maha Shakthi Yogam - Switzerland"

**About Kundalini Shaktipat:**
In every human being there is a source of natural energy that the yogis call the kundalini. In order to evolve in the yogic path, no matter what our path, the kundalini must be active.
For most of us, the kundalini lies dormant at the bottom of the spine in the base chakra known as the Muladhar. When it awakens, it ascends through the chakras until it reaches the highest chakra, the Sahasrar. When that occurs, we merge with our True Self and attain SELF realization (our true nature).
Shaktipat is the transfer of spiritual energy from the teacher to the student in order to awaken the kundalini. This process is compared to lighting one candle with another that is already lit and glowing. When the teacher is connected with the fully realized master and the energy is completely within his or her control, shaktipat initiation ensures that the student’s energy will remain active and stable. "Electricity is present everywhere, but there can be light only when the switch is turned on. Similarly the true master manifests the consciousness in the disciple through shaktipat.”

Bioenergetische Übungen wurden in den 1950er Jahren von dem Psychiater und Therapeuten Alexander Lowen erfunden, der von der klassischen Psychoanalyse beeinflusst war, aber das Gefühl hatte, dass etwas fehlte – der Körper.
Der Körper reagiert auf Stress und Traumata mit Anspannung, die sogar schmerzhaft sein kann. Wir fühlen uns steif und von unseren Gefühlen getrennt, sogar taub.
Die Bewegungen sind einfach und sollen Ihnen helfen, Ihre Gefühle zu verstehen und zu regulieren. Dadurch können Sie besser mit Stress, Angst oder schlechter Stimmung umgehen.
Nehmen Sie mit mir am nächsten Workshop für bioenergetische Übungen in Zürich teil! Wir treffen uns in einem gemütlichen Studio in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Triemli. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 7 Personen begrenzt.

Sie erhalten eine Stunde Theorie plus zwei Stunden sanfte Übungen und Gruppendiskussionen.

Dale Gnidovec, Curator of the Orton Hall Museum of Geology at The Ohio State University, will be presenting a program he has wanted to share with us for a long time: Plate Tectonics. His description of his program:
Continents on the move - Nothing in Earth history makes sense without moving continents - it tells us why mountains, volcanoes, minerals, and fossils are where they are. This talk examines the evidence for continental drift, why it was disbelieved, and explains how the more-encompassing theory of plate tectonics was developed and eventually proven. Dale is an energetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and very entertaining speaker and this will be another wonderful program by Dale. Hope to see you there!

Columbus: A Study in Psalms--Psalm 1 and 2
Is doing good really its own reward? To look around the world and see wrongdoing, injustice, and seemingly-gotten-away-with crime, people have often wondered whether or not it is "worth it" to do the right thing.
These are not new questions--going back at least 3,000 years, human beings have wrestled with such questions, and the Psalmist, ca. 1,000 BC, sought such answers as well. He came to the conclusion that there was, indeed, an answer, and one that brought hope: God sees, God knows, and God will not allow evil to triumph, nor will He allow the wicked to escape justice. In addition to God's justice, He also promises mercy and blessing to those who humble themselves and follow Him.
Psalm 1 and 2 address the underlying concerns of both of these questions--will wrong one day be righted, and is it worth it to do right, in spite of so much evil--with a resounding, "Yes, indeed!" Doing rightly is always good and *will* be blessed. Doing wrongly is always wrong, and those who think they have "gotten away with it" will one day understand the truth: God will not be mocked, and justice *will* prevail.

Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
This is a free, in person meeting.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?
