Grâce à la mise en représentation du système, il devient possible de comprendre l’origine d’un processus, de réintégrer des informations manquantes, et de rétablir peu à peu l’« ordre du système ». \*\*\* **Comment se déroule une constellation de groupe ?** **Le constellé** est au centre : il apporte une question claire et concrète, un nœud de vie appelant à une évolution. **Les représentants,** choisis dans le groupe, sont placés dans l’espace. Par leur ressenti, ils entrent en connexion avec le champ du sujet et donnent vie aux dynamiques sous-jacentes. Le facilitateur (ou constellateur) garde l’espace, accompagne et oriente le processus, afin de permettre au mouvement de révéler ce qui cherche à se dire. Les représentants expriment ce qu’ils perçoivent, ce qui met en lumière les émotions, les dynamiques relationnelles ou les mémoires qui agissent dans l’inconscient du système. Ici, l’œuvre (roman, manga, bande dessinée, autobiographie, essai, poésie…) est avant tout un support pour parler de soi, de sa manière de penser, de ressentir et de voir le monde. La rencontre débutera par un tour de table, où chacun pourra présenter une œuvre qui l’a marqué. Chaque participant disposera d’environ 15 minutes (20 minutes maximum) pour partager : - pourquoi cette œuvre est importante pour lui/elle, - ce qu’elle représente personnellement, - et ce qu’elle révèle de son monde intérieur. Il ne s’agit pas de résumer l’histoire, mais d’explorer le lien intime entre l’œuvre et la personne qui la présente. L’échange se déroule dans un cadre calme, respectueux et bienveillant. Il n’y a pas d’obligation d’aller en profondeur : chacun parle à son rythme, ou choisit simplement d’écouter. À la fin du tour de table, si l’énergie le permet et si certains le souhaitent, un temps d’échange plus libre pourra avoir lieu afin d’approfondir certaines œuvres ou réflexions. Ce moment reste entièrement optionnel, en fonction de l’envie du groupe et de l’énergie disponible. Ce club se veut un espace refuge, destiné aux personnes qui aiment la profondeur, l’introspection et les échanges authentiques, et qui souhaitent créer du lien à travers les œuvres qui les ont touchées.
