Nel 2023 è stato approvato un progetto esecutivo per rinnovare il parco e per realizzare aree giochi e aree fitness. Nel parco si trovano anche degli orti cooperativi. Inaugurated in 2015, the park extends for about 100,000 square meters and is located in the headquarters of Serum Therapy Institute, closed in 1993. In 2023, an executive project was approved to renew the park and create play and fitness areas. In the park there are also cooperative vegetable gardens.
