Beckettian Spaces of Resilience:
Language, Creativity and the Mind.
In partnership with the Goethe-Institut, The French Embassy, The Department of Drama at Trinity College Dublin and the Trinity Centre for Beckett Studies.
This Franco-German event explores Samuel Beckettās art of resilience across two contemporary artistic projects: a screening of En Attendant Monsieur Godot (France, dir. Alice Clabaut, subtitled in English) and a visual presentation inspired by the exhibition Samuel Beckett: The German Room currently at the Regensburg University.
Through film, photographs, and conversation with artists, the event reflects on Beckettās exploration of resilience and creativity, as well as on the ways in which Beckett's work keeps inspiring communities to find means of expression and grow solidarity and resilience.
The artistic panel will include the director of the film Alice Clabaut and CƩline Thobois, Teaching Fellow in Drama at Trinity College.
Spiritual Conversations Dublin
This Meetup was created as a sacred place for those who feel called to explore consciousness, spirituality, personal growth, and the deeper aspects of who we are.
We come together every two weeks not for casual socializing, but to connect with depth, presence, and authenticity. Everyoneās perspective is welcome here without judgement.
My intention for this gathering is to be conscious and deliberateālike a living container that supports us all in being seen, heard, and understood.
This space may not be for everyoneāand thatās okay.
If youāre looking for light social banter or casual networking, this group may not resonate with you.
But if you feel called to walk into a space where people speak from the heart, share with honesty, and lean into spiritual exploration with wonder and sovereigntyāthen youāre in the right place.
We donāt always know where the conversation will flowābut we trust the current.
And every time, it brings us to understanding each other from a deeper level.
If this resonates then I look forward to sharing this space with you.

Solopreneurs Drinking Coffee ā First Event
First attempt at this. If it's good, we'll do it again. If it sucks, we tried.
(Event photo is from a recent trip to Flagstaff. Stock photos of fake people drinking coffee are the worst.)
**Why I'm doing this:**
You're the average of the people you spend the most time with. Running a business solo means I've been spending most of my time with myself. And AI tools, which are great for thinking through business problems, but terrible for actual human connection.
I want to raise that average. Looking for people who want real conversations. Not networking, not pitches, just the kind of talk that makes you think differently about what you're building and why.
If we all end up making a few friends along the way, even better.
**What to expect:**
Coffee. Conversation. No pitches, no elevator speeches, no going around the table introducing ourselves like it's a corporate icebreaker.
Just show up and talk like a normal human.
**Ground rules:**
* No pitching your business
* No recruiting
* No MLM talk
* No hustle porn
**RSVP cap:** 6 people max so it doesn't turn into a crowd.
**Location:** Transcend Coffee & Roastery in Grove City
**Time:** Friday, January 16th at 11 AM.
See you there!

**Choose one from Below:**
* 20 Orc Warriors
* 20 Empire Soldiers
* 20 Dwarf Warriors
* 20 Elf Spearmen
Step into a world where strategy meets artistry ā and where every painted figure tells a story of battle, honor, and imagination. Join **Daclaud** at **The Arcane Foundry** for an evening that introduces newcomers and enthusiasts alike to the timeless craft of **tabletop wargaming** and **miniature painting**.
My own journey began with a fascination for fantasy ā knights in armor, grim and hardened warriors, and monstrous creatures locked in epic battle. That passion led me to **Dungeons & Dragons**, where I painted my first **Basic Heroes set** and felt the spark that comes from bringing a character to life in miniature form. Not long after, I discovered **Warhammer Fantasy** and **Warhammer 40,000**, and I was hooked. The vision of vast armies clashing across the table ā each unit meticulously painted, each story unfolding through dice and imagination ā became my creative obsession.
During this event, weāll explore the **origins of wargaming**, from its early military simulations to the richly detailed worlds of modern tabletop battle systems. Youāll learn how to **build and customize your own armies**, paint your first figures, and experience the joy of turning strategy and storytelling into a hands-on art form.
Whether youāre drawn by the lore, the hobby, or the thrill of commanding miniature legions, this introduction will open the gates to a world that has captivated hobbyists for generations.
**šØ RSVP today and join us at The Arcane Foundry ā where every brushstroke and battle tells a story.**
Software ate the world, Agents are eating Software Engineering
2026 may be the last year many developers write code by hand. We need coding agents to solve complex problems in production codebases, but vibe coding alone wonāt get us there. Vibe coding is all gas, no brakes. It burns up the context window until the agent slips on its own slop. You can go fast at first, but the more you stuff into the context window, the more tangled its outputs get. While the industry is rapidly increasing code generation speed, we still have to understand, review, merge, and maintain what gets shipped.
This talk featuring Michael Geiger will outline how coding agents (Claude Code + Gas Town) work and a framework for orchestrating them to solve complicated problems in complex codebases. Itās about steering the model: doing the research to align intent, planning the approach up front, implementing in parallel steps, and breaking early. Human judgment still matters, but it should be spent on high-leverage decisions: what to build, what to forbid, and āwhat is quality?ā, not cleaning up slop. Attendees will leave with a checklist to identify workflow and environment gaps that hold agents back, so you and your team can ship higher-quality software starting tomorrow.
