Ideal for **all skill levels**, this camp offers an opportunity to receive skill instruction from George Washington's coaching staff. Defense & Setting Skills Camp is designed to develop well-rounded back-row defenders and setters by blending high-level defensive training with position-specific setting work. This session allows defenders to sharpen their floor skills while providing setters with focused, individualized technical training. **What to Expect:** Players will work on defensive techniques including platform control, reading hitters, movement patterns, & ball tracking in fast-paced, game-like drills. Back-row defenders will also learn how to set out-of-system to expand their skill set & decision-making. Setters will receive high-level 1v1 technical training while also spending time working on their own defense & blocking, helping them become more complete, well-rounded players on the court. Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance". Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
