**Life Crafting** refers to the intentional modification of one’s environment, behaviour, and patterns of thinking to better satisfy core psychological needs and align daily life with one's dearest values. To some extent, we all engage in life crafting informally. But structured reflection can dramatically increase clarity and follow-through.
