We have a life model in a **single pose for three hours**. Usually **the same pose is repeated the following week so that you can give six hours to your work,** remember to book the same position for both weeks. Our studio is purpose built and well equipped with easels, drawing boards, clips and so on. We sell materials at reasonable prices so if you forget anything we should be able to help you out. We have professional lighting for the models and and full spectrum lights for the studio to give you a good experience. We break for 5 minutes for the model every 25 minutes and then for twenty minutes at 11.30am to have a cup of coffee and a biscuit (small charge). Our studio has a light and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced painter, come and paint with us! We will begin with a talk giving some background to the School of Sufi Teaching and our meditation practices. We will then sit together in meditation. Following this there will be an opportunity ask questions arising from your experience during the meditation. Please arrive at 7.00pm so as to benefit from the short introductory talk. This time, we’re exploring the picturesque canals of Paddington and Little Venice, a charming area filled with colourful houseboats, historic bridges, and serene waterways. Whether you’re into street photography, architecture, or capturing reflections on the water, there’s plenty to inspire you.
