Sono proprietario di un bar e dispongo di un tavolo da biliardo semi-professionale. Sto creando un gruppo WhatsApp di giocatori amatoriali di biliardo americano pool/carambola, per la maggior parte debuttanti. **Uno spazio sacro per rallentare e ritrovarti. Lascia andare lo stress, scendi dalla mente al cuore. Entra pure.** Il cacao è una delle piante medicinali più antiche, profondamente radicata nelle tradizioni spirituali delle culture indigene, come i Maya e gli Aztechi. Per loro non era solo un alimento o una bevanda, ma una medicina sacra a supporto della crescita spirituale, della guarigione e dell’ispirazione creativa. Questo workshop intreccia l’antica tradizione del cacao con il Kundalini Yoga, il breathwork e una meditazione guidata in stile viaggio sciamanico. La sessione inizia con una breve pratica di **Kundalini Yoga**, per risvegliare l’energia nel corpo e calmare la mente, preparandoti ad accogliere la tua esperienza. Proseguiremo sorseggiando il Cacao, una bevanda sacra conosciuta per aprire il cuore, elevare l’umore e favorire una meditazione profonda. Mentre gusti il Cacao, sarai invitata/o a formulare un proposito, un’intenzione da custodire per tutto il percorso. Dopo il rituale del Cacao, ci immergeremo in una pratica di **respirazione consapevole**. Okay, so here's another one by request... **"An Evening with Topaz Labs"** The Topaz Labs tools are regarded as some of the finest photo editing plug-ins that you can add to your photo editing workflow. From noise reduction to resizing to sharpening, the results of these plugins are highly regarded and well reviewed in industry editing blogs. Join us for the evening and I will give you a preview of the most popular Topaz Lab tools and show you how I have used them in my digitial editing workflow. The Photoshop Bootcamp workshop is an intensive training course designed to quickly teach participants the fundamentals and intermediate skills needed to use Adobe Photoshop effectively. This workshop condenses the material covered in introductory and intermediate Photoshop courses into a shorter, information-packed weekend. Participants will learn to navigate the Photoshop workspace, use tools for retouching and color correction, and manipulate layers and adjustment layers. The workshop also emphasizes practical, hands-on experience with real-world image editing and compositing projects. The Photoshop Bootcamp workshop will follow the outline below: I. Introduction to Photoshop * **A. Understanding the Photoshop Interface:** Exploring the workspace, panels, tools, and options bar. * **B. Basic Image Concepts:** Pixels, resolution, image sizing, cropping, and color models (RGB vs. CMYK). * **C. Non-Destructive Editing Principles:** Why it's important and how to maintain flexibility. Photoshop should be installed and operational before the commencement of the workshop.
