## **Let’s Make Something Real** You’re invited to a **Music Production Session** of **Pure Creation.** We’re stripping away the gatekeeping and the endless tutorials. It doesn't matter. Use the tools that help you speak. * **Creation Over Teaching:** We believe the best way to learn is by doing. You’ll pick up tricks by osmosis, but our primary mission is the "Export" button. ### **How It Works** We’re keeping the workflow lean so we can stay in the flow state: 1. **Access:** Make sure to Register your spot on MeetUp as well as at [LCMP](lcmpbygoccai.com) to receive ***access links*** to all files as well as the ***final location*** for confirmed attendees. We’ll use a shared Dropbox folder to swap stems, loops, and one-shots in real-time. **Note:** If you are not signed up on [LCMP](lcmpbygoccai.com) **and** MeetUp, you wont receive access. 1. **Bring Your Gear:** Laptop + DAW + Headphones + Charging Cable, Extension Cord (If you need it) Ensure you’re ready to make noise the moment you plug in. 1. **The Master Mix:** We’ll have a central project running. 1. **The Drop:** You create a part, share it, and watch the track evolve. ### **The Essentials** * **Who:** Creatives, noisemakers, and rhythmic thinkers of all skill levels. * **The Goal:** Ensure every person in the room makes a tangible contribution to the final piece. * **The Energy:** High vibes, zero ego, and a shared love for digital alchemy. **Ready to plug in?** We’re keeping these sessions intimate to ensure the best workflow. Vibe Coding the Platform: Agentic DevOps with Claude Code & Codex
Vibe Coding the Platform: Agentic DevOps with Claude Code & Codex
LLM chat was the warm-up. Ask a question. Copy. Paste. Tweak. Useful — but capped. The real shift is agentic DevOps workflows using tools like Claude Code and the OpenAI Codex App — systems that can reason across repositories, plan multi-step changes, modify infrastructure, and operate closer to how real engineers build. This session is both 101 and 201. If you’re new to agentic tooling, you’ll understand what’s fundamentally different from chat-based usage. If you’re already experimenting, you’ll leave with practical agentic patterns for workflow design, context control, infrastructure changes, and avoiding unstructured vibe coding. Not using agentic tooling in DevOps today is starting to feel like refusing to use the internet in 2003. This isn’t about hype. It’s about leverage. It’s a great time to be a builder — if you build with agents. *Come at 5:30 pm have some pizza and chat for a bit. The presentation starts at 6:00 pm.*

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
**The Behavior Gap: Where Products Win or Lose** Teams today have more data than ever, and yet many still struggle to understand why customers adopt, engage with, or abandon their products. Teams sprint, ship faster, and chase more signals… all while metrics stall and confidence drops. The missing piece isn’t more data. It’s often the behavioral insight between the metrics, explaining why the numbers move in the first place. Dashboards can tell you what customers did, but understanding why they did it (and how to influence what they do next) requires a deeper blend of insights. This session is about closing that gap. Drawing from real-world experience designing and scaling products as [ZoCo Design](https://zocodesign.com/)’s CEO, [Lacey](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) will share how to cut through the noise and identify the insights that actually change behavior—moving people, and moving metrics. You’ll learn: * Why understanding customer behavior is a quant and qual challenge * How to spot the signals that actually predict behavior change * Where AI accelerates insight, and where it creates distraction * How to get meaningfully closer to customers, without adding more tools This talk reframes how to evaluate performance and identify what levers actually improve it, helping your team to make smarter bets with greater confidence. Every meaningful outcome is driven by behavior change. And when you know how to design for behavior, you stop guessing, and start building things that work. **About Our Speaker** [Lacey Picazo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) is the Founder and CEO of ZoCo, a healthcare product studio that turns complex, high-stakes ideas into products that drive real-world adoption. She partners with healthcare organizations to uncover critical care delivery insights, focus product strategy through behavior design, and build solutions that patients and providers actually use.
