There are several interesting exhibitions on at the moment (payment required), but you can also find many things to draw inside the general areas of the museum itself. Un peu avant de se jeter dans la Seine, et comme pour retarder sa disparition, l’Essonne se transforme en un entrelacs de marais et d’étangs, d’îles et de tourbières sur plusieurs kilomètres. C’est dans ce paysage unique, labellisé [Natura 2000](https://www.natura2000.fr/) en raison de la beauté et de la richesse de sa flore et de sa faune, que notre randonnée nous emmène. Cette exposition propose de revisiter l’oeuvre de Martin Parr à travers différentes séries réalisées depuis la fin des années 1970 jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Pendant cinquante ans, sans militantisme mais avec constance, aux quatre coins du globe, Martin Parr a dressé un portrait saisissant des déséquilibres de la planète et des dérives de nos modes de vie. En quelque 180 oeuvres traversant plus de cinquante ans de production, de ses débuts en noir et blanc à des oeuvres récentes, l’exposition aborde, en 5 sections, nos turpitudes contemporaines, à travers des thèmes, des motifs, des obsessions récurrentes. --- Je vous donne rendez-vous dès 13h45 devant l'entrée du Jeu de Paume. Advice for a good moment : ● Leave your ego and mask at home, we are not here to impress anyone but to be ourselves with our strength, weakness, pride and shame. Come with an open/deep/emotional/complex thought and vulnerability. ● Ask open-ended questions and invite the other person to describe what a situation was like for them or how they felt. ● Don't hesitate to be vulnerable and share information about yourself if needed. Consider sharing personal information first to gain the other person's trust. ● Adopt an attitude of curiosity and genuine interest in what the other person is saying. Be thoughtful and try to put yourself in the other person's shoes so that you can see things from their perspective. Be truthful, caring and honest. ● Listen actively and ask follow-up questions. ● Be empathetic and offer emotional validation so that they feel seen and heard. It is forbidden to judge, but try to understand. ● ⏱ Be aware of your speaking time for Equally Speak. ● Be aware never to provoke political or religious ideologies, but to accept differences of belief. Advice on non-violent communication can be given in the meeting to learn not to unintentionally hurt anyone when requested or needed. ● Remember to maintain a safe, and benevolent environment. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy. She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps). Ultimately, this talk focuses on the intersection of art and science—using data to inform creativity and build a brand that resonates with customers in a measurable way. **About Our Speaker** Sara Kear is Chief Marketing Officer at Condado Tacos, where she oversees brand, restaurant design, menu and pricing strategy, off-premise including catering, and customer data strategy.
