Welcome to our new photography group! This is an ongoing gathering for **Through Our Lens**, an ongoing empowerment photography and community storytelling workshop at MIITTI, Lapinlahden Lähde. While life situations can change, we ask participants to join with the intention of attending sessions regularly and taking part in the shared group process. The quality of the workshops depends on mutual presence, respect, and continuity within the group. **:Through Our Lens:** Through Our Lens is a community-focused photography series combining empowerment photography, identity exploration, and creative storytelling. Shawkot is an avid reader who enjoys books spanning application security, self-development, and philosophy. **Markus Hölsä** is a Kotka made cybersecurity expert and host of the Turvaverkko podcast, dedicated to making digital safety understandable for everyone. Specializing in CaaS and AI threats, Markus is also a prominent information security activist who has been scrutinizing EU legislation—specifically Chat Control—since 2022.

Achieving Business Agility is much harder and elusive than most people realise. With a predominant focus on agility at team level, most of the Agile implementations often miss the enablement of agility at the whole organisation level. It could be argued that businesses don't even have an agreed definition of what Business Agility is. During this session, the participants will start by exploring some of the characteristics and elements that enable agility in Business.
