Animal Flow is ground based movement. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

The players will team up to play double by rotations after 15\~20 mins warm up. HK80/P, including court fee and new or half new balls to be provided for hitting.
