We will be taking a walk south along Broadview Avenue to learn about several historic buildings including the old Don Jail, one of Toronto's oldest homes, and buildings in little Chinatown. We will be discussing the architecture and unique history of these properties. Then we will go to the "Riverside Eats and Beats Festival" featuring free food, music, and a huge block party. This free event is highly recommended.

Need at least 12 players signed up for this event to be played. This will be a 5 vs 5 format. The event has no set end time and will usually go beyond the posted times. You are expected to stay for at least the posted event time. $6 Payment by cash only Low Intermediate level is for players looking to continue to improve their game and play a more structured game. You have experience playing volleyball recently and have some ball control and want to and can play 3 hit volleyball. Intermediate does NOT play beach rules volleyball. Late bail outs or no shows will be assessed a "strike" 2 strikes and you will be suspended from participating in group events. If the event is full, put yourself on the waiting list. Spots can free up the week of the event as people change their minds.

**Don Montgomery Arena** is located on 2467 Eglinton Ave. East, a few minutes east of Kennedy Subway station. Nearest intersection is Kennedy and Eglinton. Bring your skates, there are NO skate rentals. This is an indoor rink is pretty cold, so dress accordingly. Look for me in a blue jacket and glasses. Amenities: Change room and Washroom available. TTC directions: Closest subway is Kennedy station - you can walk a few minutes east on Eglington ave. This group is for badminton enthusiasts who are passionate about exploring the connections between metabolism, energy, and exercise. We are welcome beginner plus, intermediate and advance level players looking to improve your skill or a seasoned player seeking to optimize your performance on the court, this group is for you! Join us for friendly games. This badminton session is a weekly event and it is followed with dinner together but it is optional. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus.
