Mitől lett ekkora a hype a fogalom körül? Mit is tartalmaz a "modell" valójában, már ha egyáltalán beszélhetünk modellről ebben az esetben? Mit használjunk belőle, ha agilis alapon szeretnénk dolgozni, és mit kukázzunk ki a bullshit szűrőnkkel? Mik a bevezetések gyakorlati tanulságai? A jó sztenderd kialakítása időigényes munka – miközben pontosan ez adja a stabil működés, a betanítás és a fejlesztés alapját. A „gyorsítósáv” ebben az értelemben nem megkerülést jelent, hanem azt, hogy rövidebb úton juthatunk el egy valóban használható, élő sztenderdig, amely támogatja a betanítást, a vezetői ellenőrzést és a legjobb gyakorlatok tudatos megőrzését. Ezen a Budapest Lean Coffee alkalmon azt járjuk körül, ki készíti a sztenderdet, milyen formátumban érdemes fenntartani, és mire használjuk a mindennapi működésben.
