Introverts Meeting Friends

Join us every Wednesday for a lively evening of Mahjong, popcorn, prosecco, and great company in a beautifully curated space. This meet up is designed for Mahjong lovers who want to play at all levels, socialize, and enjoy a fun midweek outing with others who already know the game. Various playing levels are welcome, but this is not a beginner lesson. Pull up a chair, mix and mingle between rounds, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere centered around tiles, conversation, and community. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you’ll find a welcoming table waiting for you. Be sure to bring your 2026 NMJL card.

Regular coffee meetup for people to meet, make new friends, or enjoy general conversations with coffee. Great for those who are new in town or looking for new activities to do! This will be held at Weird Brothers Coffee at Worldgate Centre in Herndon. Afterwards, if anyone is interested, we can grab lunch at whichever nearby restaurant in the shopping center. There’s a TGI Friday’s, a Thai place, a Mexican place, Inchin’s Asian fusion restaurant, and I’m open to alternative preferences. Additional Note: If you are on the Wait List, you can still feel free to attend if you wish.

Midweek. Mild movement. Minimal social pressure. Take a walk while the traffic disperses. If traditional socializing feels like a bit much, try walking in the same direction as other humans instead. What to expect: • A relaxed, no-rush pace (this is not secretly a fitness event) • Occasional conversation about tech, life, or whatever comes up What to bring: Water, comfy shoes.
