By walking slowly, breathing, observing, and using the five senses to perceive the sounds, light, taste, and textures of the forest, it promotes health, enhances well-being, and reduces stress. The forest itself possesses wonderful substances, such as phytoncides, which positively benefit the human immune and neurological systems. ANFT's forest bathing is not just simple strolling, but a deep natural therapy practice. The guide will lead participants through a series of sensory activation activities, such as deep listening, breathing, mindfulness, slow movements, tea tasting, and sharing. Through this process, participants can connect with nature more deeply, achieving healing and recovery of body and mind. Additionally, ANFT's forest bathing emphasizes community interaction and connection.
