**Risoterapia para soltar tensión y recargar energía** es un taller vivencial de 2 horas para desconectar del ruido mental, liberar estrés acumulado y volver al cuerpo a través de la risa, el juego, la respiración y la conexión grupal. Durante el taller crearemos un espacio seguro, ligero y cuidado donde no necesitas “ser gracioso/a” ni venir con experiencia previa. La risa se irá despertando poco a poco mediante dinámicas sencillas, ejercicios de movimiento, juegos de confianza y propuestas de Yoga de la Risa.
