NuCalm - Brain Health
NuCalm is a patented, drug-free neuroscience technology designed to rapidly reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and aid recovery by shifting the body from a "fight-or-flight" state to a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state within minutes.
It uses neuroacoustic software, a biosignal processing disc, and light-blocking eye masks to guide brain waves from active beta states down to alpha/theta (relaxation/meditation) levels
NuCalm uses a patented, clinically proven pitch and frequency matrix with non-linear oscillating algorithms to safely present your brain with precise signals, prompting what is known as a frequency-following response. Your brain synchronizes with the incoming NuCalm signals helping you naturally and effortlessly manage your state of mind by speeding up or slowing down your brain wave frequencies.
NuCalm has mapped all of your brain wave frequency zones and created products to safely and predictably guide you to whatever mental state you desire.
The amazing thing is, NuCalm is all-natural and works every time you use it within minutes.
The best thing to do now is to watch the video on the website and download the NuCalm app.
All you need is a headset and eye mask. This app purchase is covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Get started today and FEEL the difference even 15 minutes can make.

š #InPursuit ā A Book Club for Builders, Thinkers, and Doers
š #InPursuit is a book club for entrepreneurs, creatives, and curious minds who know personal growth fuels business growth.
**See a lot of RSPVPs and wonder how it works? We'll break up into groups of 6-8 to share our insights, then swap groups after 30-45min so you can maximise learning from everybody!**
*Note: this even is not organised by or affiliated with The State Library of Victoria*
**That's what #InPursuit is all about**
Itās not a traditional book club, itās a space for people who are actively designing a better life through the pursuit of business, creativity, and personal growth. This event is for anyone #InPursuit of better business, life and relationships.
Instead of reading the same book, we each come prepared to share one powerful insight from something weāve read in the past 3-months. Anything non-fiction thatās moved us forward.
Whether itās a mindset shift, a productivity system, a new philosophy, or just a truth that punched us in the gut. This is a place to unpack it together and hear what others are learning too.
Weāre not just here to *read*. Weāre here to *integrate*. Because when we grow, our business and our lives grow too.
**š Why Join? You'll leave with:**
* 5ā10 fresh insights from books you may never have picked up
* Deeper awareness of how others think, lead, and evolve
* New connections with people walking a similar path toward purpose, results, and impact
This isnāt a lecture. Itās a room full of people building themselves while they build the thing.
**š How It Works**
First time? No pressure to share, just come curious.
We'll break up into groups of 6-8 and share our insights, then swap groups so you can maximise the learning!
Returning? Bring one idea youāve read about in the last 3-months and be ready to speak on:
1. What did you learn?
2. How did it shift your perspective about the world or yourself?
3. How has it changed the way you show up or behave?
We keep it structured, but flexible. After sharing, we open up to Q&A, personal stories, challenges, and deep dives. Some of the best insights come from the conversations *after* the share.
**š§ Who This Is For**
* Entrepreneurs or side-hustlers finding their footing
* Business owners, and doers building toward better
* Curious minds who love ideas but care more about action
* People tired of shallow conversations and hungry for growth
If youāre working on somethingāor becoming someoneāthis space is for you. Itās a practice ground for people who want to grow forward.
Weāre all #InPursuit of mastery, momentum, and the kind of success that starts from within.
**Map on how to get there**
We're in the Create Quarter on the ground level (back right of the Quad as you enter from Swanson St). We'll likely be on a long table together.
https://www.slv.vic.gov.au/sites/default/files/SLV-EnglishMap_Jan25.pdf
*If there is no room at a table I'll post on the event page that we'll be going to Mr. Tulk Cafe, which is on the corner of the library at Swanson St and La Trobe St.*

**INTRODUCING THE INDUSTRY EXPERT:**
*Turn Victoriaās New Codes Into Better Yield! JESSE ANT Architects (ššÆšµš³šŗ šš¢š¶ & Jessica Wang)*
Are You Missing Out on Victoriaās New Untapped Development Potential?
Victoria quietly rewrote the rulebook for multi-unit developments, and most mum-and-dad developers havenāt caught on yet.
New planning codes. Clearer standards. Faster pathways.
Less discretion. Less guesswork. More certainty.
And hereās the kicker
If youāre still designing projects the old way, you could be leaving yield, time and profit on the table without even realising it.
Thatās why this monthās Industry Expert, **Jessica Wang** from **JESSE ANT Architects**, is a must-see.
Jessica is working daily with the new Victorian Townhouse & Low-Rise Code, the changes that are unlocking approvals for duplexes, townhouses and low-rise multi-unit projects that previously wouldāve struggled.
At this session, Jessica will show you:
⢠How the new deemed-to-comply standards can actually work in your favour
⢠Where extra yield and smarter layouts are now possible under the updated rules
⢠How to design multi-unit projects that councils must approve if you hit the benchmarks
⢠What savvy developers are doing right now to turn planning reform into real opportunity
This isnāt about fighting council.
Itās about understanding the new rules and using them to your advantage.
If youāre developing (or planning to develop) in Victoria, this session could completely change how you look at your next site.
Because the opportunity is there.
The question is⦠are you set up to take advantage of it?
**INTRODUCING THE REAL DEAL:**
*3 Townhouses (Xavier Rigney)*
*820m2,GRZ, Bendigo, Victoria*
Turning Challenges into Multi-Unit Success
Youāve found a promising development site. Numbers look good. The dream of building townhouses or duplexes seems achievable.
Then reality hits. Permits drag. Engineering submissions take months. Banks and utilities slow the process. And suddenly, what should have been a smooth journey becomes a minefield of delays, extra costs, and last-minute hurdles.
This is exactly the type of challenge **Xavier Rigney** faced on his latest multi-unit development and heās coming to the next Property Developer Network Meetup to share the inside story.
From keeping the existing dwelling tenanted throughout construction to navigating stormwater setbacks, Section 173 Agreements, and even last-minute easement oversights, Xavierās project had it all. There were lessons in timing, sequencing, negotiation, and patience.
Yes, a few expensive āoopsā moments along the way.
But hereās the good news: despite every obstacle, the project succeeded, showing exactly how mum-and-dad developers can turn complex hurdles into profitable outcomes.
At this session, Xavier will reveal:
⢠How to generate income during construction by keeping existing dwellings tenanted
⢠The importance of early engineering coordination to avoid costly delays
⢠How to manage banks, utilities, and councils when timing isnāt on your side
⢠Real-life lessons from subdivision, civil works, and construction, and how to prevent the mistakes he made
If youāre developing or planning a multi-unit project in Victoria, this session will give you the practical insight, hard-earned strategies, and confidence to avoid the pitfalls that derail so many deals.
Because in property development, itās not about luck.
Itās about knowing the process, navigating the hurdles, and getting the job done right on time and on budget.
***This is your chance to talk property with other enthusiasts!***
See you all soon!
Moomba Festival and Birdman Rally
The hilarious Birdman Rally is a long-held Moomba tradition that sees competitors hurtle themselves off a platform over the Yarra River to see who can fly the furthest before splashing down.
The rally runs from 11 am to 12 pm on Sunday, 8th March, and the platform is usually on the North side/City side of the Yarra, so it's best photographed from the south side.
Our meeting point will be behind the Alexandra Gardens Skate Park on Boathouse Drive at 10:30 am.
