Have you heard of Qigong? It’s an ancient Chinese movement practice focused on cultivating your inner energy. Rooted in Daoist principles, Qigong is all about flowing instead of forcing, listening to the body rather than pushing through it. The movements are slow and gentle, yet very intentional. They work along the body’s meridian lines (think acupressure points) and engage the fascia. This unblocks any tension in the body and stored emotions. It’s not yoga. It may look a little like Tai Chi, but it isn’t Tai Chi either. Think of it as meditation in motion — calming and grounding, yet surprisingly energizing. Rev. Steven Clevenger is an ordained spiritualist minister with over 40 years experience as a Spiritual Healer, Clairvoyant and Spiritual Teacher, educated and trained at the White Lily Chapel. Rev. Siobhan Wolf Shaffer is an ordained spiritualist minister and certified medium and healer with over 20 years experience. She began her development in 1988 in Pennsylvania and continued when she moved to Ohio in 1998 where she studied at Rays of Lights Church with Rev. Steven Clevenger.
