Every week is a badminton academy for improver/intermediate/advanced standard. I also run thirteen teams that play in leagues out of the academy. Unfortunately this class does not cater for beginners! Wanting people who wish to enjoy and improve with games and advice with a coach who has played county and national level badminton, and has also played for England. Just come along, bring a racket, very friendly atmosphere! Class from 7.30 - 9.30pm weekly, £14.00 per session or £35.00 for three sessions t be paid up front and must be used within six months, payable by cash only. Come along on Saturday 20th June for a coach trip visiting two places along the Solent in Hampshire! **About the trip** The Solent is a strait of water in Hampshire between the mainland and the Isle of Wight. Its a natural harbour that has been used for over 1000 years and has lots of history. It is where Henry VIII's flagship; the Mary Rose sank in 1547 (was raised in 1982), the Mayflower left for the New World in 1620 and where the Titanic left for its maiden voyage in 1912. We will be visiting two places along the Solent: **Southampton Old Town** Southampton Old Town is at the top of the Solent. Southampton is a modern place, so we will only be visiting the old town, which has a medieval wall, a historic Tudor House, several other medieval buildings and a castle. We will be walking through the old town and finish at the Sea City Museum, where we will also stop for lunch. The Sea City Museum, which tells the story of the history of the area and also has a seperate exhibition on the Titanic which left Southampton on its maiden voyage in 1912. We will then pick up the coach and visit the resting place nearby of a person who survived the Titanic sinking and has since been immortalised in history for what they did on board. **Hythe** Hythe is to the west of the Solent and with its waterfront, boasts fantastic views across the Solent and especially of the majestic cruise liners which come into the Port most days. The village centre with a pretty Georgian High Street offers a range of pretty shops and pubs. **Entry** Entry to the Sea City Museum in Southampton Old Town is £9 per person (payable on the day by cash, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer). Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
