Cette séance s'annonce intense et nos échanges s'annoncent passionnants ! 😇 Pour la suite de notre thématique sur la littérature face à la censure, vous avez tranché pour la séance n°10 : **nous avons choisi l'Option 1 !** 🇺🇸 Nous allons donc approfondir la saga américaine et la Grande Dépression en restant aux États-Unis avec **John Steinbeck**, l'un des auteurs les plus contestés du XXe siècle. Nous découvrirons ensemble : * **Des souris et des hommes :** Un récit court et poignant sur l'amitié et la différence. Environ 200 pages, moins costaud que les raisins de la colère que nous pourrons évoqué également. *Note : C'est en lisant Harper Lee que j'ai eu cette idée, de s'intéresser plus en profondeur à la Grande Dépression. Rendez-vous pour un week-end à la découverte des régions de la Normandie et de la Bretagne. Attention! Attention! The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy.
