Thème : **La gestion du stress & des émotions par l'identification correcte de soi.** Le stress a plusieurs causes intérieures mais c’est avant tout la manifestation d’une identification incorrecte de soi. Dès que nous sommes bien identifiés, il n’y a plus de stress. Les problèmes extérieurs peuvent rester les mêmes mais la tension intérieure a disparu. C’est magique ! Au cours de cette série de cours, nous allons questionner la conception même de « Moi ». **Qui suis-je vraiment ?
