Hey Poetry Lovers! This group is on a roll. Here’s the gist: We meet at the **Capital One Café in Chinatown** from **12pm - 2pm** every other week. For enrichment, we start by reading and reflecting on a **“published poem”**, suggested by someone in the group. No advance preparation is necessary. Those cards are called "hwatu" or flower cards. The most popular game played with hwatu is "Go-Stop". Come to this next Hwatu Hangout (Wisteria Edition!), and learn how to play Go-Stop. It can take some time to orient yourself with the cards and rules, but once you do, there's no turning back. **EMPTY-NESTER LADIES! Come join me for the Great Falls Overlook via Billy Goat Trail, Section A.** This is a 4.7 miles and rated "Hard" on All-Trials. Plan for 3+ hours. This is a challenging hike; not for beginners. It includes boulder scrambles, rock-to-rock hopping, and a slanted rock face scramble. Note there are several hand and footholds on this face for grip and security. If you'd like more assurance, as you determine whether to come along, consider Googling this trail or check it out on AllTrails for a good visual. There is an earlier exit point, making the hike 2.9 miles. **Note: This is YOUR hike!** If you want to join us, but are later not feelin' it, cut out earlier and create a day that brings you joy at your own comfort level. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
