Let's go to Alum Creek and hike parts of the Heritage Freedom Trail & Freedom Flow Loop, or parts of the Multipurpose trail. The Heritage Freedom trail is all natural. We'll hike about 3.7 miles at an 18-20 minute pace; faster paces are always welcome. Optional lunch following at Rusty Bucket on Polaris Parkway

There is no pressure to share personal numbers or experiences. You are welcome to speak, journal quietly, or simply listen. This is not about hustle. This is not about perfection.
