Hello everybody, I usually look for events on Saturdays but I can hardly ever find any, so I asked myself, "Why don't I organise one ?" The idea is to meet at **Next Bar in Via Crema 7** (Very close to P.ta Romana underground station / yellow line) at **18:00** and hang out there for some time. You can also enjoy drinks and eat for 13 Euros (p.s. the buffet is mind-blowing). Guests are required to buy their first drink upon entry. I kindly encourage you to RSVP during the week if you can. Model Context Protocol (MCP) is emerging as a standard way for AI models to securely interact with external tools and systems. This session provides a practical deep dive into MCP architecture, core concepts, and real-world integration patterns. We will explore how MCP enables structured tool calling, improves interoperability, and simplifies AI integration in existing applications. The talk will include examples of connecting AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems, with a focus on how developers can adopt MCP in Java-based environments. **Note**: This is a hybrid in-person/online event.
