Mes cérémonies consistent dans un espace rituel guidé par des mots et des sons inspirés, pour tracer ensemble un voyage intérieur, mieux nous connaître, découvrir qui nous sommes vraiment et choisir qui nous voulons être. **MAMA CACAO :** Originaire des forêts tropicales amazoniennes, le cacao était vénéré comme une divinité dans la cosmologie des Olmèques, des Mayas, des Toltèques, des Aztèques et des Incas. Chez les Mayas, le cacao était associé à l'une des divinités majeures de leur cosmologie et utilisé à des fins rituelles et sacrées. Le cacao nous soutient dans la reconnexion à notre propre féminin, à notre capacité à nous accueillir nous-mêmes, de manière plus inconditionnelle, profonde et sincère ; et ainsi, à pouvoir étendre cette permission et cet accueil aux autres, aux expériences. Quels sont les bénéfices potentiels du Cacao Sacré? L'expérience d'une capacité d'amour plus vaste et inclusive en agissant de manière subtile sur l'ouverture du chakra du cœur. Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l\\'esprit, le cœur et l\\'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la \\'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. **LE LOTUS BLEU :** Le Lotus bleu, dans les traditions initiatiques, est considéré comme une plante sacrée aux propriétés spirituelles profondes. Nous commençons par une **introduction à la pratique** et une **ouverture d’espace**, suivies de **mouvements doux** et d’une **méditation pour 'atterrir' dans le corps**. Puis vient le **voyage principal de respiration consciente et connectée**, une technique puissante qui aide à **libérer les émotions, calmer le mental et se reconnecter à soi**. Le **Rebirthing Breathwork** est une pratique de respiration consciente et connectée , une technique simple mais profondément transformatrice. LA TROUPE/ UN PARI Un projet fou! Passion, challenge mais aussi des moments pour lâcher-prise et se retrouver à travers l’art. Le pari de réunir des amateurs de tous niveaux, des pro en intervention autour d’une création commune. 
La troupe a pour objectif de créer des oeuvres ephemeres et un travail collectif dans la joie, la bienveillance et l’amour du challenge. L'ambition est de jouer des spectacles dans des café-théâtres et des théâtres parisiens reconnus.
Les spectacles peuvent être un lieu de fusion, ou les différents arts multiculturels et collaborations artistiques se mêlent. Cf voir nos anciennes représentations. Pourquoi un cycle "intensif" ?
1. Parce qu'il s'agit d'une exploration approfondi, abordant chaque aspect du jeu sur scène. Approfondi ne veut pas dire innaccessible, bien au contraire. Nous explorerons l'improvisation "classique" ainsi que le jeu inspiré de l'acting, afin de surmonter ensemble des difficultés telles que la timidité, la prise de parole, l'expression des émotions, la présence, etc. Une partie de l'exploration artistique inclura également un travail etroitement lié au développement personnel pour vous aider à révéler vos talents et la diversité de vos capacités.
2. Parce qu'après une période d'ateliers, nous commencerons les répétitions pour les représentations. Celles-ci débuteront en douceur, avec des petites scènes dans des café-théâtres, avant de se produire sur des scènes plus importantes.

Les ateliers Découverte sont l'occasion de faire connaissance, d'évaluer votre niveau et de réfléchir ensemble aux moyens de vous intégrer à la troupe. Ils vous permettent également de découvrir si cette aventure vous plaît, tout en rencontrant les autres membres et en découvrant nos valeurs.

Anyway, to keep the meeting running smoothly, I'll animate the meeting to make sure the conversation doesn't get wild or boring and I wouldn't hesitate to reframe people. In case of lack of inspiration we have a lot of deep conversation question card game which can help to find interesting questions. ● 🍕 (Not compulsory) After the meeting we can finish in a nearby restaurant for those who wish to relax or continue our conversation. Advice for a good moment : ● Leave your ego and mask at home, we are not here to impress anyone but to be ourselves with our strength, weakness, pride and shame. Come with an open/deep/emotional/complex thought and vulnerability. ● Ask open-ended questions and invite the other person to describe what a situation was like for them or how they felt. ● Don't hesitate to be vulnerable and share information about yourself if needed. Consider sharing personal information first to gain the other person's trust. ● Adopt an attitude of curiosity and genuine interest in what the other person is saying. Be thoughtful and try to put yourself in the other person's shoes so that you can see things from their perspective. Be truthful, caring and honest. ● Listen actively and ask follow-up questions. ● Be empathetic and offer emotional validation so that they feel seen and heard. It is forbidden to judge, but try to understand. ● ⏱ Be aware of your speaking time for Equally Speak. ● 🤫 Be aware never to provoke political or religious ideologies, but to accept differences of belief.
