Meditation will create a situation in which you will come to the unknown; by and by you will be pushed from your habitual , mechanical, robot-like personality. be courageous: practise Dynamic Meditation vigorously and all else will follow. it will not be you doing, it will be a happening" OSHO - Meditation the art of ecstasy

Speaking & Leadership - CONFIDENCE workshop
Smashing! Try something new Friday night
Interactive workshops - Become the charismatic leader
Serious about improving your leadership - **Why mess, come to the best**
Why is Smashing different to other speaking clubs?
Just one member's thoughts, "The fun/laughs factor is definitely a point of difference. We keep it moving with high standards so itâs a nice balance. Too strict makes it tense and boring, too loose and the commercial feel is lost. SmashSpeak's vibe is in the sweet spot."
**Free parking** close: O'Connell and Cobden streets
**IMPORTANT: Be on time, as doors close when the show starts**
âProudly Australian" â Free-flowing teamwork, sharing the stage and greater good focus

**How Bad Terraform Reaches Prod: Building Azure Guardrails That Actually Work** - **@Maple**
Terraform makes it easy to ship cloud changes fast, including the risky ones. This talk is a hands-on walkthrough of a small Azure lab where I intentionally introduce common "oops" changes (public exposure, missing tags, unsafe configs) and show how they slip through a typical IaC workflow unless you build real guardrails.
**"Do not obey in advance" - Cybersecurity in the Fight Against Techno-Authoritarianism - @Mendas**
Cybersecurity protects free speech and human rights. It plays an important role in resisting authoritarian regimes and protecting democratic freedoms. This talk discusses how encryption, anonymity tools, and similar technologies can help activists, journalists, and citizens evade state surveillance and censorship. Discussion highlights how digital resistance strategies can be used to counter oppression.

If you can't attend the event in person the talks will be streamed in the "ruxmon-stream" voice channel in the Ruxcon Discord in the day of the event! (join now by clicking here: [https://discord.gg/g2CpEbkXmM](https://discord.gg/g2CpEbkXmM)

Forgiveness
Somebody cuts in front of you out on the freeway. How do you react? You will never see them again, and it was probably unintentional anyway. Is it really that easy to forgive? Is it healthy? What happens when you are really suffering and your own suffering is unheard, even by you?
How incredibly difficult it is to âforgive âin real world situations, yet we are told that students of the Ancient Wisdom who wish to aspire to spiritual advancement must âLearn to Forgive; Learn to Loveâ.
Letâs look at Forgiveness in various religious traditions and advice from modern psychology and the Ancient Wisdom/Theosophy on pathways to Forgiveness.
There will be time to discuss this thorniest of problems with attendees and even role play a few situations calling for Forgiveness.

Introduction to Curative Eurythmy: A Three-Session Experience
Join us for a unique workshop hosted by Jenny Kuznetsova on Curative Eurythmy: Movement for everyday wellbeing, an introduction.
Held over three consecutive Saturdays, 14th, 21st, 28th March 2026, 11am-12pm, the participants will have an opportunity to experience this extraordinary modality.
Curative Eurythmy is a movement modality that creates harmony in the whole being. Through specifically curated movements, our three bodies, physical, emotional and mental are moved into incredible balance.
The movements work strongly on the circulatory system and as such create organic deep activation of the breath. As the movements activate circulation in the body as well as flooding it with the health giving breath, the after effects create feelings of inner nourishment, strength and vitality.
Curative Eurythmy is able to help with physical, emotional and mental imbalances as well as provide a general boost to our overall wellbeing that is so vital in an age where the nervous system is constantly overwhelmed with the pace of life.
You are invited to try this unique and potent modality and experience the benefits firsthand.

Humanist Program
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk.
Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. You can meet us in-person or attend online

The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) provides housing and meals for families with sick children. The Columbus RMH is the largest in the world with 137 rooms. COUNT has been volunteering there since May 2014.
Housewarmers work with RMH guests to provide a home-like environment - greet, assist with family needs, answer phones, give tours, assist with checkin/checkout, prepare guest rooms after checkout, clean facility, laundry, restock supplies and staff the front desk. RMH Housewarmers volunteer at least one four-hour shift a month. All Housewarmers must complete an application and agree to a background check before they can be full fledged volunteers.
