Charisma of being Vulnerable | TED Talk Community Melbourne
Join the Melbourne TED Talk Community for an engaging session and meet people who like being an ideator, who want to bring their voice to a larger community. In contrast to a typical public speaking training event, where you receive feedback on your "Um", "uh", "ah", "er", "hmm" and the way you present, this goes beyond that.
**The objective of this community is to get inspired by some of the best ideas serving humanity, find your own calling and voice, be an ideator, and share your ideas clearly and persuasively.**
The talk we will play is one of the amazing talks from the TED Library. In this session, we will delve deeper into the topic and gain perspective, and learn from each other. Be prepared to network, engage in meaningful conversations, and embark on a journey of professional development and leadership growth.
**Mark your calendars and don't miss this opportunity to refine your public speaking abilities with the Melbourne TED Talk Community!**

Outer Eastern Suburbs Melbourne Atheists Meetup
Note: the cover photo is to be updated because it is of the old venue next door to the current venue.
Look for the Atheist t-shirts/windcheaters or call 0438 043 050.
In-person meetups are back for the *Maroondah & Yarra Ranges Atheists*; the *Melbourne Eastern Hills Skeptics* and the *Knox Atheists*.
To start with, we are gathering together as the *Outer Eastern Suburbs Melbourne Atheists* and meeting in Mooroolbark.
The location will also be convenient to some in Manningham and Whitehorse and a bit further away is Monash and Nillumbik.
It is very close to the Mooroolbark railway station therefore the meetups are easily accessible by trains from the city.
We meet every second and fourth Thursdays.
**We will be socializing with activism for those who want it.**
**Sometimes we will have a special guest to speak.**
For those who can't make it for lunch, we can organise evening and weekend events if you tell me (Andrew Rawlings) what you want, where and when.
A day snow trip is being planned for next winter,
During the year we will also join in some Melbourne-wide events like the Progressive Atheists Anniversary Lunch (January), Charles Darwin Day BBQ (February), Atheist Day and Nowruz BBQ (March), Yalda/Sumner Solstice/ChristMyth BBQ (December) and other ad hoc events.
As it's a public café therefore come earlier if you wish.
I will be there from midday.
I recommend their food and coffee.
**You are invited and welcome.**
**Please share the invitation with other Atheists.**
Regards,
***Andrew***

Curative Eurythmy
Join us for a unique workshop hosted by Jenny Kuznetsova on Curative Eurythmy: Movement for everyday wellbeing, an introduction.
Curative Eurythmy is a movement modality that creates harmony in the whole being. Through specifically curated movements, our three bodies, physical, etheric and astral are moved into incredible balance.
The movements work strongly on the circulatory system
and as such create organic deep activation of the breath.
As the movements activate circulation in the body as well
as flooding it with the health giving breath, the after effects create feelings of inner nourishment, strength and vitality.
Curative Eurythmy is able to help with physical, emotional
and mental imbalances as well as provide a general boost
to our overall wellbeing that is so vital in an age where the nervous system is constantly overwhelmed with the
pace of life.
You are invited to try this unique and potent modality and
experience the benefits firsthand.
Non Members - $5 Entry, T.S. Members Complimentary.

A Changed Mind, Columbus, Ohio
Always an overachiever, David Bayer didn't settle for being Number Two in just about anything. Whether a runaway entrepreneurial success as a teenager, the leading online director for Ducati with over $70 million in sales, or as an early mid-life crisis overachiever with at least three wildly self-destructive behavioral addictions, whatever David did, he did it wholeheartedly.
Not surprisingly then, when it came to facing his failures and determining his next course of action, David sought health and healing with the same full-strength effort he had previously used to bring about his own ruination. Seeking to learn from the best of the best, David's pursuit of tangible, practical, actual change from the mind and emotions, outward, brought a new passion--that of encouraging others to learn from his mistakes and to be able to strive after and achieve healing and success in their own lives.
We are reading *A Changed Mind*, by David Bayer, and can't wait to enjoy the group discussion on **Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 6:30 pm**, at **True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center**. Come join us!

Columbus: A Study In Psalms--Psalm 3 and 4
Most people would agree that a great night's sleep is one of the sweetest experiences in life. Crawling into a wonderfully comfortable bed, drifting off to peaceful slumber, and awaking, feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for the day is a gift everyone welcomes. Unfortunately, nights of perfect sleep and restfulness can seem scarce. Particularly, during the truly hard times in life, good sleep can seem an impossibility.
The ancient shepherd-crowned-king, David, knew more than the average person about the challenge of getting a good night's sleep in the midst of being falsely maligned, hunted by enemies, and attacked by those who wanted him dead. He understood the terror of running for his life, and having thousands call for his death. What was his answer? Where could a man on the run find peace? What hope was there for a person in such circumstances?
David's hope and peace were found in the One Who he knew was Perfect Truth, Justice, Mercy, and Grace, the God Who had delivered His people before and Who would do so again, and again, and again. Because of God's provision David twice details that even in the midst of his enemies, he would "lie down and sleep, and wake again."
Psalm 3 and 4 point us to the hope in which those who follow after the Lord can be confident--that from the Lord comes deliverance. Join us at **6:30 pm, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center**, and be encouraged from God's Word!

Housewarmers work with RMH guests to provide a home-like environment - greet, assist with family needs, answer phones, give tours, assist with checkin/checkout, prepare guest rooms after checkout, clean facility, laundry, restock supplies and staff the front desk.
