Join us on 14–15 March for an intimate homecoming into your wholeness. What: A monthly embodied gathering — movement, energy practices, and sacred intimacy Theme: Self-trust, flow & contained boundaries When: 14–15 March Where: Zambujal (close to Meco) For whom: anyone curious about embodiment and presence Small circle — limited places. I love. I trust. - monthly gathering A weekend exploring the living relationship between self-trust, flow, and boundaries. Without self-trust, boundaries wobble. Without contained boundaries, flow floods. Without loving flow, boundaries become rigid. We work through movement and embodiment practices, direct experiential exercises, energy-based work (at times inspired by qigong), and relational sacred intimacy practices. There will be guided exploration, individual reflection, partner exercises, and structured group integration. The space is held with clarity and loving care. While some are still meeting online, this is an in person event. Please note that we have attendees of all levels of speaking, including some native speakers. All are welcome! Also, as we meet at the same time and place each week, many don’t RSVP on the app, so we will likely have more attendees than noted here.
