Las primeras que deseaban evitar el sufrimiento recibieron las enseñanzas sobre Causa y Efecto, llamadas Camino Angosto (Hinayana). El segundo tipo de personas sentía la necesidad de beneficiar a los demás, por lo que les dio enseñanzas sobre compasión y sabiduría, llamadas Gran Camino (Mahayana). Finalmente a las personas que tenían una confianza sólida en su propio potencial y en de los demás, el Buda explicó enseñanzas del Camino del Diamante (Vajrayana). En este último nivel utilizamos métodos de identificación con la meta y actuamos como un Buda hasta que llegamos a ser como él. En el nivel más elevado, la meta, es el completo desarrollo de la mente, a lo cual denominó el Gran Sello (Mahamudra). ¿Quiénes somos? El Centro Budista Camino del Diamante de Barcelona forma parte de los más de 700 centros de meditación a nivel internacional de la tradición Karma Kagyu del Budismo Tibetano. Estos centros han sido fundados y guiados por Lama Ole Nydahl y su esposa Hannah Nydahl, de acuerdo con los deseos de H. H. XVI Karmapa. Ahora están bajo la guía espiritual de H.H. XVII Gyalwa Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje. Este grupo parte del trabajo del actor creador. Este curso pretende facilitar el descubrimiento y la ejercitación de los hábitos creadores del actor en el alumnado. Se pondrán en práctica todos los aprendizajes actorales para fomentar un trabajo de creación colectiva. Iniciaremos con una investigación interpretativa a través de improvisaciones y propuestas escénicas para llegar a una creación colectiva de varios montajes de microteatro a representar en distintos centros, teatros y salas de Barcelona. Una vez tengamos la propuesta creativa empezaremos a incidir y trabajar en todo lo que es necesario para una creación escénica que se presentará en público. Aprenderemos a realizar un montaje teatral con todo lo que hay delante y detrás del escenario. Partiendo siempre del trabajo de la creación colectiva y de grupo, profundizaremos en el trabajo de personajes, creación, texto y guion. A la vez que se imparten clases de formación actoral y disciplina escénica. Para este grupo es necesaria experiencia previa en teatro. We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times. We're going to GameArena! We'll be in-person at the GameArena Gateway for our monthly COGG Prototype and Play event. Come to play and showcase your games! We're back in the upper levels of the catwalk area. It'll be packed with lots of camaraderie playing your game(s) and other's games on the 2nd floor.
