Outdoor calisthenics workouts are a fantastic way to build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy the great outdoors 😁🦾 Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Some examples include: - airsquats - pushups - pullups - frogstand -handstand -musclup -backlever aso 😁 Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, calisthenics provides a holistic approach to fitness. 🏋️‍♂️💪

This is an idea that came from London, we will give it a go in Luxembourg. For each event, we'll try to find a restaurant from a different country, by going through the letters of the alphabet. Some letters might need to be skipped and for others we will have a lot of choice. (I for Italy or India for example, plenty of restaurants to choose from.) The first (and hopefully not last!) restaurant will be A for Algeria. If there is enough interest and a little closer to the time when we have a better idea of numbers, I'll call Miam Miam to book. For those coming from Luxembourg City, the restaurant is about 15 minute walk from the train station. Note: no alcohol is served at Miam Miam. Their food is halal. Wir freuen uns euch zu sehen (virtuell oder vor Ort). * 18:00 Uhr: Einlass * 18:30 Uhr: Talk * ab 19:30: Ausklang des Abends Dank an [qSkills](https://qskills.de/) für Location, Bier und Pizza! \-\-\- Oft sollen Anwendungen in entkoppelten Modulen entwickelt werden, um Ordnung und Struktur in unseren Code zu bekommen und darüber Wartbarkeit zu garantieren. Microservices stellen dafür einen sehr konsequenten Ansatz dar, können aber auch eine hohe Komplexität mit sich bringen. “Monolithen” hingen sind vergleichsweise bequem in der Entwicklung, stehen aber im Verdacht, schnell zu einem unübersichtlichen “Big Ball of Mud” zu werden. Diesem Problem versucht “Spring Modulith” entgegenzutreten. Damit werden Spring Boot-Anwendungen in einer gemeinsamen Codebasis entwickelt (”monolithisch”), innerhalb dieser werden aber Module definiert ("modulitisch"), deren korrekte Verwendung anhand von Architekturregeln kontinuierlich überprüft und sichergestellt wird. Außerdem erweitert Spring Modulith das Spring-eigene Eventsystem, um auch zur Laufzeit für eine Entkopplung der Module zu sorgen. In diesem Live-Coding-Vortrag möchte ich anhand praxisnaher Beispiele eine Einführung in Spring Modulith geben und mit euch diskutieren, welche Konsequenzen sich für unsere Anwendungen daraus ergeben und für welche Szenarien dieser Ansatz besonders geeignet ist. \-\-\- Dein Vortrag bei der Java Usergroup Nürnberg! In the United States of Africa by Djiboutian author Abdourahman A. Waberi is a satirical, speculative novel that reverses global fortunes. The idea is pretty clear ✏️:set a novel in a parallel reality where the Global South and North are flipped, where Americans, Japanese and Western Europeans rely on handouts from Haitians and Ethiopians.💰💰💰 America suffer from poverty, war, and disease. The narrative follows Malaïka, often called Maya, a european artist adopted by an african doctor, who travels to "Euramerica" to find her roots. The book won the French Voices Award, a prize that supports and promotes French-language works translated into English. It was also shortlisted for the Dublin Literary Award in 2011, a major international prize for world literature.

This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
