Nestled in the heart of the Caucasus, Azerbaijan is a land of stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Our journey begins in **Khinalig**, the highest village in the Caucasus, offering breathtaking views of surrounding peaks like Tufandag and GizilGaya. From here, we trek to **Galakhudat**, perched at the base of the steep cliffs of the Gizilgaya plateau, showcasing Azerbaijan’s dramatic landscapes. Next, we visit **Griz**, located amidst a canyon and rocky slopes, providing awe-inspiring natural scenery. Continuing our adventure, we reach **Laza**, a charming village nestled between the Shahdag and GizilGaya plateaus in the Gusarchai river valley. Here, trekkers can enjoy serene, intimate views and the unique culture of the Lezgi ethnic group. We then move to **Kuzun**, set in a lush valley and known for its vibrant culture and beautiful surroundings. We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome.
