These Kundalini Yoga classes offer a space to explore this connection through **movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound**. The practice gently guides us from the thinking mind into a deeper state of presence, supporting clarity, grounding, and inner alignment. Thank you for your understanding! If you are brand new to aerial yoga this workshop is the start of your journey! We will introduce you to using the aerial hammock as a yoga prop. Students will learn the basics of aerial yoga; including terminology, wrist wraps, hammock placement, inversions, and safety practices. We will also help you understand the difference between the various aerial yoga class offerings. Leaving you feeling confident and ready for classes on our weekly schedule. Please email us at info@flyingbuddhastudio.com if our workshop days/times are not possible with your schedule or if you’d prefer a private one-on-one or private group setting, we can make arrangements for you. This workshop is the prerequisite to taking any aerial yoga class listed on our weekly schedule. Class is limited to 12 students. Sign up early to reserve your spot! Cost of workshop: $55 without hammock rental, $65 with hammock rental \*Please note that we require a hammock rental to cover the costs of properly sanitizing our hammocks after each use. There is also the option to purchase your own hammock (payment plans are available). If you are bringing your own hammock that was not purchased at our studio please let your instructor know so they can evaluate the equipment for safety. FAQs **What is the cost for the events?** All Sahaja Yoga meditation events, classes, and workshops are offered free of cost and are open to all. Just as one cannot pay nature to sprout a seed, in the same way, Sahaja Yoga is a living process that cannot be paid for. **What should I wear?** We do not have a dress code, but recommend any decent, comfortable wear or smart casual wear. **What do you typically do at a workshop or event?** Our events are varied and diverse ranging from music and meditation to cultural and spiritual exhibitions and other creative explorations. We offer meditation at all our events. Depending on the event, our workshop focuses on a particular topic and then we provide guided meditation and offer simple techniques to maintain balance. These techniques may include the use of elements such as water and light that make the meditative experience very enjoyable.
