**What we are about:** Life drawing sessions every Wednesday 7.30pm-9.30pm This class is for all drawing levels, aiming to improve your own drawing style and learning about drawing the human form and anatomy in a relaxed and friendly environment. The class invites you to study guided or untutored with professional models in a variety of different poses. Usually we begin with a series of short poses and warm up exercises from 1min to 5mins. Followed by longer studies of 10, 15 and 20mins. We have a small break and the we’ll continue with a 25 min pose and concluding with a 20 minute pose. A different model each week All levels welcome Guidance given/optional Drawing materials and paper provided and included in the price. We are a friendly, welcoming, sociable group. Join our fun and challenging **upper intermediate coaching sessions**—perfect for players looking to improve their volleyball skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Each 2-hour session includes a structured warm-up, high-intensity drills, and game play. Participants should be comfortable with the 5-1 rotation, though exceptions may be considered. **Location**: Bacon's College, Canada Water **Time**: Wednesdays, 18:00 – 20:00 **Price**: £13 (Pay As You Go) *Pay by card or tap after the session* **Cancellation Policy**: Cancel by Tuesday at 18:00 We’re proud to be part of the **SQUAD Volleyball** family. These sessions offer players an exciting opportunity to grow, develop their game, and potentially join a SQUAD team competing in the London Volleyball Association leagues.

Whether you’re old or new to the club, we would love to have you join us! We are situated in the main bar area and have tables suitable for games taking 4-6 players. We encourage you to discuss any games you would like to play, or will be bringing in the chat. Please note we do not have a stock of games. We rely on members bringing their own games.

You must have competent racket skills, good level of consistency, sound understanding of tactics and strategies, footwork skills and know how to rotate around your partner on court. To maintain the quality of games, event spaces will be prioritised to players of advance level **if / when** there is a long waitlist. This also means there is possibility of players who already RSVP may be moved on to waitlist and admitted when spaces become available. This is to maintain competitive game standard and we appreciate your understanding on this matter. Games may be arranged by organiser or by players mutually pairing evenly to ensure the games are competitive.
