Offener Deutschunterricht - Text & Konversation - Niveau B2+ (Fortgeschritten)
Sprachcafe 19. May @ 19:00
Topic: Sport und Spiele
Was machst du für Sport und Spiele?
Join us for our next German Sprachcafe as we cover the topic of Sport und Spiele (Sports and Games)

What is your favorite sport or game? How often do you play? How would you explain your favorite game in German?
These topic and more will be discussed with the participants in each group.

FR/ES/DE Sprachbar at Sisyfass l Deutsch - Español - Français Language Exchange
**Ton français est rouillé ? Dein Deutsch könnte etwas Übung vertragen? ¿Hace tiempo que no hablas español?**
*Rejoins-nous pour notre soirée d'échange linguistique! Komm zu unserer Language Exchange Nacht! Ven a practicar Espanol con nosotros :)*
After the success of our previous Sprachyfass events, we’re excited to present our latest edition; this time focusing on our 3 fav languages **German, Spanisch and French**! This event offers a relaxed environment to practice your language skills while meeting new people. Whether you’re improving your German or perfecting your Spanish or French, Sprachbar – Sprachyfass is the perfect opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with fellow learners and native speakers.
**Event Details:**
* **Location:** Sisyfass – Wildenbruchstr. 7, 12045 Berlin
* **Time:** from 19:30 – Open End
* **Fee:** Free participation – but don’t forget to grab a drink at the bar to support the venue
* **Host:** The event will be hosted by **Laura**!
**How It Works:**
* Focused on German, Spanish and French – all levels are welcome, with a target range of **A2–B2**.
* We encourage also **native speakers of French and Spanish** to join, enjoy a chat in their native language and practise their German – a great opportunity to find a Tandem partner!
* Depending on the table you sit on, we will speak French, Spanish or German. There will be some **conversation starters**, but feel free to chat about whichever topics feels right!
* **Regular** **rotations** give everyone the chance to meet new people and practice languages.
**FAQs:**
1. **I’m interested in practicing German/French/Spanish but don’t speak the other language. Can I still participate?**
Yes, you’re welcome to join even if one language is stronger for you. However, the goal is to create a tandem environment between German, Spanish and French, so it’s ideal if you have some knowledge of both.
2. **My proficiency isn’t very high, but I’d like to participate. Is this event suitable for me?**
Absolutely! This event is all about practicing and connecting, so all skill levels are encouraged. Just keep in mind that the focus is on German, Spanish and French.
3. **Is there a fee to attend?**
No, the event is free. However, purchasing a drink at the bar helps support the venue, and we encourage everyone to enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a drink or two!
P.S. This SprachyFass event will be the last one at Sisyfass before the summer month. Starting in June, we are planning to host FR/ES/DE Language Exchange picnics in the parc ☀️. More info will follow!
Berlin Sprachcafé. Learn and practise German easily (A1-A2)
The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :)
We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German.
The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other.
The Sprachcafé is for free.
\*If you cannot make it please cancel your participation so someone else from the waiting list can join, thank you!\*

Solemos elegir juegos accesibles, dinámicos y sociales.

*Who is this meetup for:*
1\. Asians who want to practice German and/or English\.
2\. German speaking individuals who are studying \(preferably\) Japanese\, Korean\, Mandarin or Cantonese\.
3\. Anyone who is interested in cultural exchange and wants to socialize\.
*What you can expect:*
1\. A professionally organized meetup that can adapt to any changes given the current situation\.
2\. A Walk & Talk to break the ice\.
3\. A collaborating venue where you can further socialize with other members\.
*important: This event is at the same time and meeting location like the "Networking & Language Exchange - international" one. So I'm basically organizing 2 events at the same time which means that you can expect way more people than on the list.*
***
Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?"
You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did.
From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach.
“A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie
If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily.
Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on.
Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship.
This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.
