Welcome to the Doha Fascial Manoeuvres Meetup Group's movement sessions that will make self-healing and wellness practical and accessible for you. This interactive session will introduce you to Fascial Manoeuvre practices, to help you enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing stored stress and old emotions from your body's fascia and promoting better mind-body connection. Whether you are new to the journey of self-healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone looking to prioritize their health and vitality. Come connect with like-minded people in a supportive environment and take a step towards a healthier, happier you. Where: Apartment 102, Ghanem Residences, Doha Schedule: 4:30 PM: We meet and gather. Please arrive latest by 4:45 PM as the class will start by then, and you may not be able to join if you're late. 4:45-5 PM: A small introduction to Fascial manoeuvres and what fascia is 5-5:45 PM: 45 mins Fascial Manoeuvres class 5:45-6 PM: Questions/Follow up info Ages: 11 to 65 What to wear: Relaxed clothing you feel comfy to move and stretch in What to bring: Your wonderful presence and a water bottle. Join the inaugural meeting of the Columbus Vintage Computing Club (CVCC)! Get to know others in the vintage computing space and get hands on time with a Commodore VIC-20 and various Palm Pilot PDAs! We will use this time to get to know each other, share projects we've been working on and plan the future of the CVCC. We'll be at the Hilliard Library in Meeting Room 2A at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
