It is an outdoor movement class in the calisthenics park in Griftpark . We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. The Dutch Heuvelrug is a hilly and sandy ridge, running from Hilversum in the north to Rhenen in the south. This National Park is covered in forest, heather and stretches of sand and dunes.
