We are going to talk about the books we read—any books, from any genre. Whether it’s fiction or nonfiction, classic literature or something modern, everyone is welcome to share their thoughts, impressions, and favorite passages. It’s a relaxed and friendly conversation where we can discover new ideas and enjoy each other’s perspectives.

Cozy Wine Therapy events are back. This is my kind of therapy session. In the comfort of my living room (or a volunteer), we will unwind and share our personal highlights and lowlights since we last met, and with the help of friends (and wine) we will "release" any negativity we may be holding onto as well. We will be here to listen and share advice if that is what's needed. Sometimes just having someone to listen is all we need to feel better. Be prepared to share! Blending Afro-Caribbean rhythms such as bomba, currulao, and cumbia, and Gabriel García Márquez’s magical realism, Aguardiente is a bold new musical about the messy, urgent act of making art in a world on fire. As a group of artists race to finish a new show, their rehearsal room becomes a battleground of ideas, ambition, and lived experience—especially for a composer whose undocumented status makes the dream of success anything but simple.
