Each lady receives a curated letter set made of premium Japanese paper I brought from Kyoto, where this idea first began as a dream. It feels very special to now share it with the Les Amis community. Through gentle guidance and a short grounding meditation, you’ll write a personal letter to your future self — capturing your thoughts, hopes, and everything in between that you are planting today to see blooming in the future. At the end, you’ll seal your letter yourself as part of a small ritual. It will be sent back to you in six months. **Les Amis** is a women-only community of friendly souls. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease. This walk is a simple reset. We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment. No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening. In diesem Workshop wagen wir uns an das vielschichtige Themengebiet *Liebe und Beziehungen* heran. Menschen sind Beziehungswesen: Zugehörigkeit, Verbundenheit, Nähe, Sexualität, Sicherheit und Geborgenheit zählen zu unseren Grundbedürfnissen. Für die meisten von uns ist eine erfüllte Partnerschaft eines der erstrebenswertesten Ziele im Leben. Wenn wir uns jedoch in der Gesellschaft und in unserem persönlichen Umfeld umsehen, scheint es, als wären wir kaum imstande, gesunde Beziehungen zu führen. Der Großteil von uns hat bereits mehrere Beziehungen hinter sich. Oft können wir nicht einmal klar benennen, woran sie gescheitert sind. Anhand der Erfahrungen, Beobachtungen und Interessen aller Teilnehmenden nähern wir uns den Fragen, die uns immer wieder bewegen. Wir erforschen, * was eine erfüllte Beziehung für jede:n bedeutet * was wir brauchen, um gelingende Beziehungen zu führen, * was uns dabei - persönlich und gesellschaftlich - im Weg steht, * und vor allem, wie wir daran arbeiten können. Wir forschen gemeinsam mithilfe des [re:nature® Kompasses](https://umainstitut.net/ueber-uns/renature-ansatz/). Dieses Lebensrad hilft uns dabei, komplexen Themen wie unseren Liebesbeziehungen eine Struktur zu geben. Angelehnt an die jahreszeitlichen Zyklen der Natur (Frühling - Sommer - Herbst - Winter) sind schließlich auch Beziehungen diesen Zyklen unterworfen: Verliebtheit - Commitment - Krisenzeiten - Trennung oder Neuausrichtung. Unser theoretisches Erforschen verbinden wir mit Übungen zur bewussten Körperwahrnehmung sowie mit kreativen Aufstellungen. Denn unser Ziel ist es, aus dem Erleben heraus neue Erfahrungen und Inspiration in die eigenen Beziehungen hinein zu tragen. In this circle, a small group of around **8–10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating. We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe. The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple: to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys. This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives — our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action. We reflect together on questions such as: Where do we want to go in life? What are we dreaming of creating? What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth? By listening to one another’s stories and perspectives, we often discover insights that we might not have seen on our own. You are encouraged to bring a **notebook and pen**, as many women like to take notes from reflections, ideas, and inspiration that arise during the conversation. Toward the end of the gathering, we close with a small and meaningful practice: exchanging short **love letters of gratitude** with each other. These simple messages help us acknowledge the presence of the women in the circle and leave the space with a feeling of appreciation, connection, and warmth. The intention of this circle is not advice or fixing each other’s problems. It is simply to **listen, reflect, learn from one another, and hold space for the beautiful complexity of each woman’s journey.**

A somatic listening and sound journey · This workshop begins in the body. Through subtle, guided movement — weight shifting, breath, attention to sensation — we turn listening inward. Into the body. Into the space between sounds. Into the micro-movements we rarely notice. A geophone microphone picks up the vibrations of movement in the space, amplifying them back into the room. You may hear your own weight shifting. You may hear someone else's. The boundary between the two begins to dissolve. The sound doesn't create connection. It reveals it. From movement we move into stillness. Into deep collective listening. Into sound. Resonant instruments — singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks — meet field recordings of the natural world. The room settles into a full sound bath, arriving into a body that has already been opened by movement. This workshop is rooted in experimental sound, deep listening, and the simple act of paying attention. It is playful, embodied, and quietly surprising. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do.
