Together, we will explore the concept of intuition, including an introduction to the various “clairs” or intuitive senses, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. Through guided meditation, participants will have the opportunity to quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and connect with their own intuitive insights. Interactive activities and practical exercises will provide a fun and encouraging space to practise trusting and strengthening your intuition. This event is suitable for all experience levels—from the simply curious to those already working with intuitive practices. No prior knowledge is required, only an open mind and a willingness to explore. **Jasmine Elizabeth King** is a Lecturer, Supervisor, and Clinic Lead at Torrens University, where she teaches naturopathy, western herbal medicine, and nutrition. Inspired by her passion for integrating intuition alongside evidence-based health science education, Jasmine developed this workshop to support students and practitioners.
