*Foundations: A Look Within* is a four-week program designed for personal reflection, self-assessment and goal-setting based on an integrated understanding of yourself. Brought to you by LeaderImpact Next\*.
We meet in person at the 1st floor of the Hampton Hotel, across the street from the Central Station.
**Meeting Rules**
1. Be on time. We start at 6:30pm and finish no later than 8pm.
2. Be mindful. While LeaderImpact groups are free, we meet at the Hampton as paying customers of their lounge. Therefore please consider ordering a drink to make sure we continue to be welcome there.

The Mental Wealth Field: Presence, Pressure, and Collective Intelligence
In complex organisational environments, pressure often overrides presence — narrowing thinking, reducing trust, and fragmenting collaboration.
This session introduces **the** **concept of the *Mental Wealth Field*: the conditions under which individuals and groups naturally access clarity, insight, and collective intelligence.**
Rather than offering tools or techniques, the session creates a lived experience of what becomes possible when unnecessary psychological pressure eases.
Participants will:
* Experience **how presence impacts communication and collaboration.**
* Explore **the relationship between pressure, thinking, and decision-making**.
* Reflect on **how facilitators can stabilise conditions where insight emerges naturally**.
This is not a skills-based workshop.
It is an **experiential exploration of the invisible conditions that shape group effectiveness**.

Brussels Bouldering - Arkose Canal
Hi everyone.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or a beginner looking to try something new, this event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and meet like-minded individuals. After the climb, stick around and grab a snack or a drink with the others and talk about the sweet smell of chalk on your hands or brag about the amount of times you fell on the soft mattress ;p

I will meet you at 12pm at the main hall. If you are joining later, change and meet us inside at the wall. I am easy to find. Or send me a message.
Dutch Limburg (Maastricht to Visé, 26km)
On Sunday I am organizing a hike in Dutch Limburg. We will start on the outskirts of Maastricht for a hike along rolling hills. This area is known from the cycling event "Amstel Gold Race". We will mainly walk on unpaved roads and cross a couple of forests. Halfway we enter Belgium again. After walking 1km through Flanders we continue along Walloon territory, to finish in Visé. This town has a good choice of bars to finish our hike with a beer or two.
As the number of participants is limited, it is important that you manage your registration responsibly: only sign up if you really intend to come and cancel as soon as you know you can’t (this also goes for people on the waiting list!). We will try to keep close to an average speed of about 5 km/h. We will walk mainly on unpaved roads. I’ve not tested this track beforehand, so it’s possible that there are some mistakes in the planning.

We meet at 10h42 in Maastricht-Randwijck. **IMPORTANT: this is not the main railway station in Maastricht!** If you start from Brussels, the best option is to take train IC507 from Schaarbeek to Eupen at 9h12. **IMPORTANT: this weekend there are no direct trains to Eupen from Brussels-South, Central or North.** I am coming from Ghent, so I will be on that train already. You can find me in the first car of the train. In Liege-Guillemins you have ten minutes to change. You should take train S43 towards Aachen Hbf at 10h08. **IMPORTANT: make sure that you take the correct train to Aachen HbF, because there are two trains going that direction.** Make sure that you get out at Maastricht-Randwijck. This is not the main railway station.
●● Train tickets:
Return ticket Brussels-Maastricht should be fine. This journey involves a border crossing.
●● Back to Brussels:
In Visé there is one train per hour back to Brussels, with a change in Liege.

Distance: ca 26km
Elevation gain: 300m
Net walking time: ca 5-6h
Weather forecast: Dry and 17 degrees!
In the unlikely case of too bad weather, we may cancel a hike, even few hours before the event. Do not show up for a hike unless you are on the “going” list. People with the "go-with-the-flow" label are only moved from the waitlist 24 hours before the hike. I give you the label "go-with-the-flow" if you did not show up in one of my hikes before, or if you canceled for one of these hikes less than 24 hours in advance.

Intervals Workout Session 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻 Bois de la Cambre
We do cycles of 4-6 weeks, with a progressive intensity, and the last session is lighter.
Program:
15’ warm up
**To be defined**
Cool down to get back to the starting point… or more
S=All out sprint
RF = Run fast, at MAS (Maximum aerobic speed)
CF = Run comfortably fast (1h threshold)
J = Jog, recuperation
Notes:
It should take about one hour in total, as the cool down will end when we reach back to the meeting point.
It's NOT required to have an activity tracker or smart watch to be able to follow the program, as I'll be giving signals with a whistle.
For the "run" part, you can follow your own pace and we'll be regrouping in the "jog" part.
Intervals training is not advised for total beginners. To have an idea, the average pace at the warm up is around 5'45"/km-6'/km so this pace should feel very comfortable
