We are aiming to recreate the atmosphere of the Franglish language exchange sessions: you get 30 minutes with a language partner speaking the language you want to practice, then switch to another partner, all while enjoying a drink! Equal time for everyone, and everyone will get to practice! For example if you are a native English speaker and want to practice French, you will be paired with someone, speak English for 15 minutes, then switch to French for 15 minutes. After that, you will get a new partner, and start all over again. There is a 5€ fee for the event, which can be paid in cash or with Lydia at the event. Note that if anyone made you feel uncomfortable during the event, you can of course report it to us. Salut ! Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! Bienvenue! Columbus French Conversation group invites you to our Saturday morning French conversation club. Expect a casual and welcoming atmosphere in which to learn french! If you enjoy knitting, crocheting, working with yarn, this is the group for you. Meet new friends, bring your projects, learn from others.
We normally meet a few times a month during the week from 6-8pm. We will occasionally meet on weekends during daytime hours.

While some are still meeting online, this is an in person event. Please note that we have attendees of all levels of speaking, including some native speakers. All are welcome!
