For the first half hour of class, beginners will learn 5 organ & spirit enlivening qigong exercises. After a brief meditative walk, beginners will learn the first of six section of Lao (old) Yang tai chi chuan as taught by Teacher Lu Hung Bin. Also, as we meet at the same time and place each week, many don’t RSVP on the app, so we will likely have more attendees than noted here.
