She provides alternative postures during the class, adapted to your level, and will gently correct you when needed. Hatha yoga is ideal if you are looking to re-connect with your body and improve your physical health. It's practiced more slowly and with more static hold than other yoga types, allowing time to sink into deeper poses. It's thus ideal for **efficient stretching**, and a good choice for beginners. In this workshop, we will explore partnering exercises inspired by Capoeira Angola and weight-sharing practices from contact improvisation. We work with rhythm, balance, and responsiveness to build trust and clear physical dialogue.
