Come and visit Echo Spirits Distilling Co. in Grandview and get to Know Your Distiller! Visit an active craft distillery and learn how they make award-winning local products! *Includes a tour and extensive tasting.* THE TOUR BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 6:30PM **COST: $12.00 This is a** **ticketed event and reservations must be made beforehand**! **I have booked the time slot for our group** and paid for the EventBrite tickets + fee. **NO REFUNDS**. If you have to cancel, consider your ticket a donation to the Snack fund. *Distillery Notes*: Spend a little over an hour with us as we take you through the distilling process and how Echo Spirits came to be. We'll guide you through an optional tasting to help you become a better spirits taster and introduce you to our products. The goal is to have you come out of the tour more knowledgeable about spirits and to have a good time! Make sure you remember that this is an active manufacturing business and wear appropriate attire. It's hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and you need to watch your step. **You should wear closed-toe shoes.** **AFTER TOUR**: After our tour and tasting, we can order a drink from their eclectic menu, sit and chat. Or, head to Bdubs to sober up some, lol. **PARKING**: Around back of the building and on side streets. **FOOD:** You can bring in your own or get takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings (next door) or Five Guys (across the street). NO FOOD ON TOURS. Must be consumed before or after tour.

Feel free to join us anytime before 6:45pm.* **Cost: $15.00 per person *(covers 4 wine or beer samples paired with gourmet appetizers)*** **Meet**: The staff will set aside tables for our group, just behind the bar. Feel free to brings cards if you want to play after your tasting. Sometimes, we head to a venue to hear live music afterwards.

We'll play board games at the [Land-Grant Brewing Company](https://landgrantbrewing.com/). The brewery has multiple [food trucks](https://landgrantbrewing.com/food/) on Sundays, including [Ray Ray's Hog Pit](https://rayrayshogpit.com/franklinton), [Buck City Sammies](https://www.buckcitysammies.com/menu), and [Hai Poké](https://www.haipokefoodtruck.com/). The brewery also has (passable) drip coffee, free water, and Jeni's ice cream. You can also walk over to the [Land Grant Extension](https://callinyourbluffcoffee.com/) for "real" coffee. (You may have to stand in line, though. The Extension is popular.) You can come late or leave early. Please just sign up so I know to expect you. **Notes on Parking** * You'll (probably) have to park on the street, but street parking is free on Sundays. * There are [parking garages](https://landgrantbrewing.com/parking/) a little farther away if you want. I've never parked there, so I don't know anything about rates. This means that, even if you're driving a non-EV, you can park in the EV spots near the brewery. **Games** I do bring many games, but please bring some of your own as well.
