A morning to get your hands dirty, to help look after Las Acacias (https://lasacaciaspermacultura.com/), a permacultral educational project within a little forest and share some laughter and chats with friends who come on the day. The project is located about 20mins walk from Castelldefels train station. You can arrive by R2 or R2S from Barcelona for example, Passeig de Gracia or Sants. **Rough schedule as below** 10-11am Arrival 11-1pm Work on site (farming, weeding, composting, fixing fences etc depending on what needs doing on the day) 1-3pm Cooking and sharing a lunch together Bring a vegetarian snack or two to share with everyone. Remember to dress warm:) The common language will be Spanish but all language and culture is welcome, please bring a curiosity to learn and excitement to work with the land and nature.

ENGLISH (Spanish below! PS, please let me know if you cannot view the event pricing!) * First, we will meet, greet and go over the route map and objectives for about 15 minutes. There will be a basic talk about things to look for and specific things to shoot for each objective. * We will go over the map and then spend time walking the route stopping and shooting in each area. We will be walking for a total of about 2-2.5 hours. The main focus of the workshop is to learn about and gain more confidence shooting street photography with the bonus of exploring and seeing some interesting spots around Barcelona. * Once we're finished the route we will meet at a cafe (if we want!) to speak about the objectives, answer any questions and close with any comments or remarks 30 minutes. * In total we will spend about 2.5 hours in this street photography workshop. Other things to note * You should know the basics of photography and how your camera works. We'll discuss street photography techniques, not learning how to use cameras. * Bring the min amount of things required for a few hours of shooting. (ie. camera and a few € for food etc, thieves are a real problem everywhere). * PLEASE BRING >> POSITIVE VIBES :) *** ESPAÑOL * En primer lugar, nos reuniremos, saludaremos y repasaremos el mapa de la ruta y los objetivos durante unos 15 minutos. El objetivo principal del taller es aprender y ganar más confianza en la fotografía de calle con la ventaja de explorar y ver algunos puntos interesantes alrededor de Barcelona. * Una vez terminada la ruta nos reuniremos en una cafetería (¡si queremos!) para hablar de los objetivos, responder a cualquier pregunta y cerrar con cualquier comentario u observación 30 minutos. * En total dedicaremos unas 2.5 horas a este taller de fotografía de calle. Otras cosas a tener en cuenta * Debes conocer los fundamentos de la fotografía y el funcionamiento de tu cámara. Hablaremos de técnicas de fotografía callejera, no de aprender a usar las cámaras. * Trae la cantidad mínima de cosas necesarias para unas horas de fotografía. Skiing and Cheesecake go together...right? We meet at Snow Trails at 10am for a "training day" of fun on the slopes. An easy day of skiing for with good weather projected. We'll meet at the base by left Mt. Mansfield lift and do some slow laps. Then venture around the slope. Lunch will be at 1pm inside. If you are a beginner or intermediate, consider an adult ski lesson. It is less expensive to get your gear at Colorado Mountain Sports in Hilliard or Aspen Ski at the Polaris Mall, than at the resort. About 3-3:30 pm will travel to Belleville to the Wishmaker B&B and restaurant for a slice of their renown cheesecake and their in-house dessert wine.
