They say the best manga talents start doodling at 4-7 years. This is the next best thing. Art in school is boring. You want to be better than your art teacher. This is it. B. 12-18 years. Some of the best years for learning manga drawing early. Be mindful that this is not your usual school CCA. It is lit. C. 19-28 years. You have decided to learn drawing at a more serious level. You like manga. You want to meet people of similar interest and who are equally serious about it. This is gonna be awesome. D. 29-45 years. You have sort of put this off for some time and you decided that this is time to revisit this hobby again for whatever reason.
