Breathwork Ceremony: Giving Closure is a guided breathwork experience focused on meeting unfinished emotional processes and inner material that has remained open or unresolved. Through conscious breathing and music, the practice supports the body in processing emotions and experiences beyond thinking or verbal explanation.
