Takoyaki (gebackener Krake) ist ein beliebtes japanisches Streetfood-Gericht aus Kansai. Für die Zubereitung benutzt man ein spezielles Brateisen mit runden Vertiefungen, ähnlich einem einseitigen Waffeleisen.
